We are conveniently located in Vinings, just minutes from I-285, I-75, Cumberland Mall, Cobb Galleria, and public transportation. Mrs Trina Wheeler leasing associates. Greeted me as soon as I entered the leasing office with such a friendly vibe. She took me on tour of a spacious beautiful 2 bd apartment. Wow!! 1 of the best tours I have taken in a while. My lease is not up yet. So I am not ready to lease. But this one is the first one on my list for my future apartment home. Grounds are clean, amenities of pool and laundry room is a seller for me. Property location is close to all shopping and dining that I am interested in. Hello to my future apartment home .
The community is a great place to live. Trina has been super helpful throughout the leasing process. She has catered to our needs and been very responsive. I appreciate her and the team. The maintenance team on site is very quick. In most cases they are able to fix the problem on the same day that I have logged it in their system. There’s a beautiful swimming pool as well as some great tennis courts. There are additional amenities like the gym and children’s park as well.
Based on the recent reviews we booked an apartment from Minnesota. We reached here on a Sunday though it was a holiday a admin member came to office to hand over the keys we were really impressed. Amazing service but things went bad as soon as we opened the door. The strong musty/ pungent smell triggered my allergies. I checked around the Apartment and it was superb bad. They guy who gave the keys said he can check on that on Tuesday. So we have to stay in a hotel.
I have stayed here for 3 years and I can say it is a very good place. Serene environment, excellent neighborhood and very friendly and helpful staff members. Maintenance staff is always ready to help, administrative staff is quire responsive and manager is always available to attend any question or concern. Brandy is super efficient who welcomes everybody with a big smile and has answers to all questions. Rent is affordable and apartments are spacious . Thank you to all present and past staff members, neighbors and management for having us a memorable stay. We have created many memories over here and will love to visit back to say Hi to all.
I love love love leasing agent Trina! She was amazing from start to finish. Honestly I feel like she was God sent because everything I needed was done. Everything I asked for she provided and she had such an amazing attitude through it all which I loved because it’s hard finding people who love what they do. It was the smoothest process ever. I thought it was going to be way more harder lol but it wasn’t so I really really thank Trina for getting me in and helping me through it all because she doesn’t even know what I was going though. Thank you so much seriously. I would literally recommend her and this complex to everyone and anyone.
Stayed here for 2 years. It was a roach infested apartment and no matter how many times I called they didn’t do anything other than putting sticky pads. Whenever you call the office, they never call back for days on end. The garbage service guys wouldn’t pick up garbage for days on end allowing it to smell. The community gate was always broken allowing anyone to enter. The garbage disposal area was broken and would take weeks to fix. Had leaks, mold in that apartment which was never addressed immediately. The leak resulted in the carpet being soaked and reeking of smell, they refuse to change it. I am not sure what we were paying for. During the moving out process, they sent a bill that was fraudulent. They charged triple and some things double on the same bill, added ridiculous charges. Reached out to the office numerous times to speak to someone, they kept ignoring or said the person in charge or billing was away. When finally got in touch with someone after weeks, they said it’s sent to a third party and they can’t do anything. When called and emailed the third party, no response. Bill was sent to collections. If you don’t want to be charged a ridiculous unfair amount and live in filth, I suggest finding some other place. Don’t be fooled by their cheap prices. I’m sure they’ll address this review as it affects them with something along the lines of justification or lies. When they Should’ve replied when I had called every week for months.
Ms. Trina Wheeler made our experience so pleasant. She was very patient with us and went out of her way to take us on tours pf the different apartment types. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The apartment homes are nice and the property is well-kept.
5 stars x 100000! most amazing experience of my life. was blessed to work with ms. wheeler and she was incredible from start to finish. A+ communication, even when she didn’t have an update for me she would call or email to check in and wish me well. was able to do everything online due to working sales and having a crazy schedule and pick up my keys yesterday, the photos don’t do the complex and apartment justice - it is gorgeous. from being on a quiet side road, welcoming pond up front and clean maintenance complex - i am so impressed. the unit itself is so much bigger than expected - so so open and warm feeling. ms wheeler let me see the pool during move in and i cannot wait to enjoy it once this rain stops. all in all, this was the best moving experience of my life and i am so happy to be home. ms wheeler, thank you yet again you are a beautiful soul and the world needs more of that.
The experience with Park at Vinings has been a good one. We went to the office to speak with someone about renting for my son and had our first interaction with the sweetest office staff, Trina Wheeler. She was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. My son and I got ready to leave after starting our application process and his car wouldn’t start. So Trina volunteered to drive us to buy a battery! She really didn’t know what a God send she was because we were 3.5 hours from home and knew no one. My son is now moved in and she has been the greatest asset to Park at Vinings. Thank you again for the great experience!
I would like to give recognition to Ms. Trina Wheeler, she is one of the reasons my husband and I chose Park at Vinings. From the first day we encountered her to simply get a tour, she was a delight and very helpful. Ms. Trina has made this move we relocated from another state as smooth of a transition that she could make it. We look forward to living here at Park at Vinings and are so appreciative of all that Ms. Trina has done from that first day she met us up until now with us officially joining the Park at Vinings community. If Ms. Trina is an example of what our experience at this apartment complex will be, we know without a shadow of a doubt that we are going to enjoy our time here!
