After attending an event and getting more information from them, I finally decided to book an appointment. I am extremely impressed with the knowledge, experience and professionalism from Ursula. I could completely trust her because she has many years experience and was very patient with me. I never felt pressured and always felt that she had my best interest at heart . I get amazing results every single time. Ursula is the best at what she does. She’s so knowledgeable, caring & patient. She answers all my questions and concerns and makes me feel so comfortable. The office is so clean and such a calming peaceful atmosphere. Maddy at the front desk is always so helpful and does everything with a smile. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!! I sought out Park Ave Esthetics for their ablative laser. Ursula provided a complimentary consult not something other's offer, and I was so impressed with her knowledge and the time she spent educating me on the process I booked my appointment for the next week. It's been a couple months now and I am still seeing benefits from the laser procedure. I am so happy I found this place and Ursula - not only is she the best in her field, but the costs are reasonable and the staff is amazing.
Cannot say enough good things about Park Avenue. I’ve been coming here for a couple months and will be coming back for additional treatments—which I’m very excited for. Ursula is so kind, professional, honest, and knowledgeable—she is the only person I will be trusting with any of my med spa needs in the future. 50 + years young. I feel that I still look like me but a better version. Less wrinkles, a sculped jawline, fuller lips. I'm someone who will try anything once, but based on my experience with Ursula, I have been coming back for years and will keep on coming back. Her assessments during your consultations are always realistic, and she gives informed treatment opinions. She takes her time with you, unlike some places that seem like a factory with a "one size fits all" approach. I don't usually write reviews because I didn't want anyone to know that I have had injectables....but this secret is too good not to share. Do what makes you happy.
