Welcome to Park Fitness! We're a community for people of all walks of life who want to move and feel better. We opened Park Fitness after becoming frustrated with the state of our industry. We wanted to come up with an updated gym model where our members are set up to succeed right from the start.
Park Fitness is an all-inclusive training gym. Members receive training sessions with a coach 1-3 days per week in a semi-private setting (up to 5 people). Our members also receive custom workout programs that they can perform on their own during our open gym hours. Memberships include unlimited access to our high-energy group exercise classes that utilize a variety of tools such as sleds, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, etc.
We are continuously learning and striving to provide the best possible results inside a fun, welcoming environment. Our goal is to change the way you experience fitness!
