I've been going to Dr.Soto for almost 10 years now. From the front desk to the nurses and PA, the entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Soto has been more than a Dr feels more like a friend. Will go there until he no longer practices. I recommend Park Lakes Family Medicine to everyone. They genuinely care about their patients. They are also good people as well. I left my wallet In the exam room. 1st thing in the morning they called me to let me know that they have found it. Great Dr., great staff.
Dr. Soto is amazing!! He listens to his patients and truly cares about them. However, Miriam who works the front desk is AWFUL!!! She doesn’t listen to the patient and acts as if she knows everything. When she doesn’t. When I tried to explain to her about my RX, she didn’t listen. She is confrontational. I will not deal with her when I come back. Another office staff member will have to help me. if I do come back I have been a patient of Dr. Soto for many years. I loved his staff in the past. He needs to bring them back. I have a personal relationship with them. as I’m sure a lot of his patients do Autumn is an asset to this office. Bring her back!! She is truly missed!!!
Dr. Soto has been my primary care physician for years. I love that he listens and seems to genuinely care about his patients. His staff, specially Dora, are all really friendly, efficient, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Soto.
