I have always been pleased with my care at the Fast Pace Oak Ridge location. We have been treated compassionately and effectively by the entire staff for a multitude of aliments, even being referred to a specialist at one point with great results. I was recently treated by the dermatology team and was very pleased with my care. They are knowledgeable and explained my issue and confirmed by diagnosis with the lab results. The tiny scar from my incision is almost invisible and I scar very easily. I would certainly recommend to others and would go back again myself.
My grandson cracked a bone took him here really fast. Got an x-ray orthopedic dr. Best orthopedic Dr ever may I add. Everyone so friendly not crowded got straight in an out. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH
I signed up online and actually got seen near my time. The nurse and practicing staff were really nice and understanding about my discomfort. The physician didn't jump to conclusions and just prescribe antibiotics. He took time to really think about whether I was viral or bacterial, and chose logically. A lot of doctors jump the gun. I'm happy with his decision
I have a history of skin cancer and HATE HATE HATE needles. Micheal and Lindsay at the FAST PACE in Oak Ridge office were not just patient with me but I hate to admit it but BARELY felt the needle that numbed me. They were both EXTREMELY NICE PEOPLE. If you need skin care THESE ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE YOU NEED TO SEE!! They even told me they order the smallest needles you can get and they dilute the numbing medicine so it doesn't sting as a normal numbing procedure and THEY WERE RIGHT!! LOVE THEM BOTH!!
First and foremost, the quality of care you receive here is unmatched. They always process wonderful care. But I am Extremely unsatisfied with the lack of communication here. After having a full in-depth conversation about what we needed to have done medic evaluation/tb risk for foster parenting and setting up an appointment for the next day, we arrived to a different staff telling us the exact opposite of everything we were told the day before. We wasted an hours of our time to leave confused and feeling like we were lied to. Not cool
THANK YOU NP Rodgers!!!! Finally after a week of two different doctors not listening, she was the only one that listened to me and I’m finally feeling better. Highly recommended. Front desk and the LPN that took my swabs/labs was amazing too. Thanks guys!!!
This clinic was so very helpful. The receptionist was nice along with my nurse and np Kristina Roger's was very caring. It's hard to go to the doctors these days because you feel like compassion is a thing of the past but this place restored my hope in Healthcare. I called the next day asking to get an inhaler n they got right on it to make sure I was feeling somewhat better. Felicia was the one who answered my call and I could tell she really cared. Hopefully I don't have to go back but if I did I'd definitely choose this location again. Thank you for having a compassionate staff!
I Love the staff here.. Christina is the ABSOLUTE BEST she makes U feel comfortable & cared about... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE her & the nurses r Awesome also never been disappointed with a visit here...
We had awesome service. Zachary Craig is always the best. The male nurse, don't remember his name is also awesome! Highly recommend them.
Stepped on a massive nail this past weekend yay so this place was ALOT better than having to go to the ER for a tetanus shot. Not that long of a wait & the nurse was very personable. Nothing but good things to say.
