This is a very well run operation. Easy to sign up, easy to find once we realized it was not AT the airport. Constant shuttle runs to and from the airport, so no waiting. Friendly drivers, clean shuttles. They even offered free car wash, which we skipped since it was snowing. Parking area was clean, no potholes, and the shuttle would drive through the parking lot to pick you up so you didn't even have to walk to a bus stop. They gave us a card with our parking space number on it and, when we returned, they dropped us off right at our car. Will definitely use this again if we need to leave our car. Highly recommend.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Easy to navigate as staff was at my car before I had to even figure out where to go. On my return a shuttle was at the airport in minutes I never had to call or wait. Smooth easy process. My car was safe and without issue. My first time using a service like this so was hesitant. Much more comfortable now to use again in the future. The only reason I gave a 4 star is, although the cost was comparable to the surrounding places, I felt it was way high to store my car no one had to do anything with.
Very cost effective and convenient. The shuttle pulled up as soon as I pulled in a spot. No waiting! All I had to do when getting picked up from my return flight was to send a simple text. The pricing is much better than typical airport parking. I will use Park-n-Fly moving forward.
The shuttle service in both directions was so quick. They also made it so easy buy giving us a reminder card of where we were parked! The drivers were great and the cashier even gave us a bottle of water for the road . . . it really hit the spot after a long flight.
It was such a great experience. The website was very user friendly to make my reservation. The lot was clean and safe. The shuttle was right there both times ready to pick us up without waiting. I wish I would have known to do this years ago. It truly was a great experience.
We use Park 'N Fly whenever traveling at Hopkins Airport. The bus workers are always helpful with our luggage when getting on and off of the buses. The buses are always there waiting as we scheduled our departure and arrival times to be picked up and dropped off. The buses are air conditioned and that is pleasant, too. We never had any problems with Park 'N Fly.
I arrived at my reserved time to drop off my car and the shuttle driver saw me pulling in and drove right up to my car and waited while I got my suitcase out, locked up, etc.... I was at the airport in about 8 minutes... After my trip, the Park N Fly shuttle happened to already be in the Ground Transportation area of the airport picking up other customers, so I was able to hop right on and get back to my car very quickly. After brushing off a dusting of snow, I drove to the exit, showed my paid reservation and that was that! I was on my way home... My whole experience couldn't have gone more smoothly! Park N Fly was very affordable and convenient, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise. Thank you!
The shuttle service buses are frequent and the drivers are extremely caring , helpful and nice. The day we came back from trip weather was very bad and the driver dropped us at our car location and then waited until the car started just to make sure we are not left with stuck car . That was very thoughtful and nice gesture!
With the app, it is a quick scan to enter/exit the lot. Lot is well-lit, and the bus is there within minutes of parking. Pick up and drop off is directly at your car. The busses are clean, and it is only minutes from parking to airport arrival. They have 24 hour service for those early/late flights or to cover delays. They will also email receipts which makes it easier for uploaded into company reimbursement software.
When we arrived they helped us get in and get parked. Then they were right there to take us to the airport. Got our bags on the bus. When arriving home from our trip they were there waiting on us which was great because we couldn’t get home fast enough! Process from Booking to leaving was excellent! We will use them again and again!
