THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! WANT FAST SERVICE? HERE'S HOW YOU USED THEM. If you are getting pick up from the airport. never and I mean never call ahead if you're not at the pick up spot. dont even called one minute ahead. they always have drivers going to pick up customers. If they pick those customer up they will think you are in that group. and then you finally got to the pick up spot and wait for couple minute and get upset and call saying you call but nobody show up. so don't call ahead unless your name is Berry Allen then do call ahead. Airport drop off. If you go in it always faster to make reservation online. so at the gate they will just scan your reservation and you will be set. if is night leave the car running with lights on. if is not raining stand outside your car with your luggage for fast pick up and go. Thanks it! great size parking lot so quick to go in and out.
Outstanding experience. I rolled in without any reservation to park for 6 days without issue. They kindly directed me to a spot and a shuttle came by every 10 minutes offering me a ride while I packed my bags to leave. I was mildly concerned about thieves damaging my truck or dirtbike, but they have a good fence and well lit lot, so it was not an issue. The best part about this experience were the shuttle drivers that took me to and from the airport. They were both very friendly, made great conversation on the short drive, and seemed to love their jobs. The daily rate wasn't bad either, about $10/day. I'll definitely use this lot again. Thank you!
Have used them for 20+ years but service is worsening by the year. The last 3 trips, dispatch doesn’t send the driver to pick up on the correct row. When returning, I call to let them know I am in the designated pick up spot. Dispatch states they are 3 minutes or another time 7 minutes out and it is routinely 25-30 minute wait for pick-up. No longer impressed. ETA: as always, we call the park n jet number as we are leaving baggage claim to head to door 7A. We were told the first shuttle would be there in 3 min and another in 7 min. We didn’t see a single park n jet shuttle for 25 minutes. Meanwhile several competitor shuttles came by 7 diamond, 3 parking spot, etc. Dispatch has made several mistakes which make it more difficult to rely on you.
Park n Jet really needs to get it together. It's unacceptable to have 3 parking spots shuttles come and go in the time it takes them to show up once. Then you're lucky if it's even the correct lot. Don't they understand when you've just been on a plane for 5 hours waiting 20 minutes for a shuttle feels like eternity. I try to support local so we tried them again to quickly to be reminded why we stopped using them. Stop being stingy with gas and send more shuttles.
All staff were exceptional. Friendly, polite, curtious, quick, clean. Will use them again.
Shuttle drivers are always helpful with your bags, we never have to wait long for the shuttle at the airport, and if anything they are too fast to pick you up from your vehicle before you can even get your bags out, but super friendly, and usually remind you to lock your vehicle and take a pick or remember where your parked for your return. Never had a bad experience using them, and we do so often.
The pricing here is really good compared to long term air port parking. I have also interacted with multiple drivers here on separate trips and they are all genuinely nice people. I lost the key to our car this last trip, and only discovered it once we got dropped off back to our car. One of the other drivers stopped while we were figuring out what to do and allowed us to sit in their break room while we waited for another car key to arrive. On the wall of the break room it says “Rule #1: If we don’t take care of the customer, somebody else will.” These guys really took care of us and I could feel the genuine care. Definitely recommend them!
This place typically has been a solid and A+ pick for airport parking. As of recent it seems as though they are starting to slowly down spiral in their customer service and logistics of airport parking/shuttling. Currently am sitting at 7A waiting another 20+ minutes for a driver to come pick us up because the first shuttle got full…. Will continue to use them but may update my star rating in the near future. Currently at 4/5. 9-11-21.
This is the most convenient way to fly out of the SLC airport!!!! They drop you off and pick you up at the convenient shuttle drop off location at the airport, based on the terminal, airline you are flying. No having to have a friend or family member trying to deal with airport traffic picking you up and dropping you off. I used their services last weekend. Jason, our shuttle driver was friendly and had a great customer service attitude. It was such a great experience I thought I would do a review. Easy to find, Park’N Jet is located just off of North Temple. The shuttle driver picks you up and on the return drops you off right at your vehicle. They also bring your bags on the shuttle and off for you. Tip: Call ahead for reservations for busy times of the year/holidays. They will sell out. Side note: have some cash handy to tip your driver. SLC airport charges them to pass through the airport so you need to call to be picked up during quiet times. Busy times are around 7-8am and 7-9pm so expect full shuttles and longer wait times then. They do not pay their drivers much at all. Was $11hr so they live on your tips. Consider carrying cash for them. Or if not enjoy the low rates you get.
