I just want to say what a blessing it has been to live here. I have loved my corner unit apartment and the comfort it provided me at a difficult time in my life. I appreciate very much the high standard of professionalism from office staff especially Shannon, the manager and the attention to the grounds and building maintenance. This is a well-managed place, a great location and a nice place to live.
My husband and Iived here for 1.5 years. We left because we bought a house. Move out was seamless and they worked with us. They had our final bill to us within a few business days which is almost under heard of. It was very nice and considerate. Overall, it was a good experience. My only complaints are things they didn’t have a lot of control on. We had issues with neighbors smoking weed which led to our apartment reeking of weed. But management tried to do what they could to fix it. Our dog was also attacked in the stair well July 2022 and the dog was not removed from the property. We did encounter multiple aggressive dogs living in the complex which was a hindrance when you have a small dog. I do think Park Place is the best bang for your buck. I love the easy access to the sports complex. We walked it multiple times a week when weather was nice. Gym was never packed which was nice and made it very accessible.
My air conditioner went out and I called first thing in the morning. Shannon was very nice about everything and said it would be fixed. I come home and it’s 90 degrees in my house this is summer time where it was 106 that day, and I was kinda disappointed. I called the next morning and they said they didn’t even have a work order for me, and the lady was rude to me when I told her I have babies under 1 that need functioning air. She said she can’t guarantee when it would be fixed because there’s other people ahead of me. I admit it made me mad and I hung up on her. They called me back and explained they had a window unit for the day until they can get a certain part in the next morning to fix my AC. I come home and my apartment is still at 90 degrees, and the window unit doesn’t work. I called them 8 times trying to let them know and they ignored my call and went home at 3:00 pm. Even though the business hours are open until 5:30. I’m very upset with how this has been handled, considering I have two babies in this heat and they don’t seem to care. I think the issue is more of the maintenance team because they should’ve made sure everything was working properly before leaving and they didn’t. Now I’m stuck on day three without air conditioning. This left a bad taste in my mouth and it doesn't seem like their tenants are number one priority. I will be leaving here soon.
My son lives here. Very nice apartments for the price point. Extremely animal friendly and have a dog park and grooming station on the property! Very clean and pretty low key and quiet. The only downside I've seen, is that the parking situation is very inconvenient and poorly thought out.
Park Place Apartments is a wonderful community. I've lived at Park Place Apartments for 3 1/2 years since they were first built and the apartments are extremely nice with lots of amenities and community features. The office staff is friendly, helpful and always keep the residents abreast of anything that affects the community. I'm only leaving because I'm moving closer to work. Keep up the great work double Shannons the Mgr and Asst Mgr are both named Shannon!
I just recently required about the Park Place Apartments and I love it. They are beautiful apartments like everyone said they are. The staff are amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. I’ve looked around for apartment til I found these apartments and chose to apply for these apartments.
We haven’t lived here very long. Everything was going great til we found out we had neighbors with kids above us that stomp around at all hours of the day and night. I have complained to office and it seems either tenants don’t care or they were never actually notified of the disruption. It didn’t bother me too much when I lived in the “hood” and had cheaper rent but with these prices I shouldn’t feel like I’m still there, I’d rather go back to that than the constant and DAILY loudness/stomping of what we deal with now.
Beautiful apartment layout and the grounds and amenities are very well kept. Front office staff and maintenance are awesome, approachable, and quick to respond. Big thank you to Tami and Chanon for their help in making move in seamless. They're very welcoming and help when needed!
I have been a resident at Park Place for 3 months and I can clearly say, I love coming home. Of course, the apartments are beautiful, modern, fresh with lots of amenities and friendly neighbors. However, the highlight of being a part of this community is the quality customer service provided by their staff. I was sold after Bianca's thorough tour of their facilities..followed up by a thank you for coming email. She is always warm, yet very professional . Another staff member, Griffin is bit of fresh air, always accommodating and never complained once as I bugged them both with questions before my move in. A Mgr. even checked to ensure that all was well a few days after I moved in. The maintenance team is on it. Look, if you are looking for an apt to call home, give Park Place a try...to me, they are the genuine article
Bianca IS THE BEST!! Even though I did not lease with them yet, she was always warm, and inviting. She's the only apartment manager to think to offer to water to future residents during the tour. She's funny and real personable. She's so professional...if distance didn't matter, I would lease with them. I LOVE the yoga spot in the clubhouse. Seemed quiet during the time I was there and it was clean. Work with Bianca...she'll hook you up!!
