Park Royal Shopping Centre, South Mall, Birks

I always have a pleasant experience shopping and visiting this Birks location. Staff are always helpful, friendly, attentive, and never pushy. My husband and I got our whole wedding set 3 rings here as well as other pieces of jewelry and we’re very happy with both the products and the customer service that we received.

Deceitful and Not Trustworthy My wife brought in her Birks purchased Wedding Ring to the Birks Park Royal location to have cleaned and was charged $400!!! They said it had a broken claw that needed to be fixed. Btw, the ring has an inset diamond and has no claws. My wife could not argue this fact; as they refused to give back her ring without paying this ripoff/scam fee. Was a Loyal Birks customer, but NEVER AGAIN!!!

Excellent, friendly staffs who are knowledgeable and always provide the best service whenever I’m there. Having bought multiple items from Birks at this specific Park royal location, I can’t find myself going anywhere else. They will always go out of their ways to help you find what you need.

The Manager was very helpful with her recommendations for a special gift.

I love Christmas and Birk blue boxes. The staff is super friendly and very helpful when it came to helping pick out my gifts. Birk you make our hearts sing

Only walked in browsing but we were given a very warm welcome here by the staff. Not pushy and informative. They even served us Nespresso coffee during our visit! Didn't end up purchasing anything but I might consider in the future.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy jewelry or a timepiece.
