Park Terrace Apartments is the redevelopment of the former Clara Cox Homes, a now demolished High Point Housing Authority public housing community. Three phases make up the now revitalization effort to include 250 affordable units for families and are comprised of one, two and three-bedroom garden apartments and three bedroom town houses. It includes a community building with management offices, computer center, community room, fitness room and laundry facilities. Additionally, the site amenities include a pool, gazebo, picnic areas, outdoor sitting areas and two children’s playgrounds. Units include fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer connections, patios/porches, comfortable living spaces, closets and storage.

Inside of the apartments are great looking but the people omg looks can be deceiving this is really the ghetto or maybe the spot I got put in only been here a week and already turned off changed my whole opinion of this place truly ghetto I wish I could change the apartment I’m in this is the worst I’ve lived in a couple not so good places before but this takes me back and I said I will never live in a place like that again waiting for this lease to be up so far this experience has been horrible fighting people talking about others breaking into their cars and things places are nice but the people and all these random teenagers/children just roaming around parents are just as ghetto and rude as the children people talking about shooting up places and people i just want to work and come home and have peace for me and my babies I think this was a mistake me and my children won’t be here for long all I can do is pray
I stayed they with my daughter till I was able enough to live on my own. Now that I got a place to stay, I don't like the surrounding I have to live with. I put my application in two years ago coming up soon, and I still want my apartment when it comes available. I really love the home dwelling at Park Terr, the a atmosphere is beautiful. My working car was towed supposedly for flat tires. I corrected the issue and took my kids to school in the same car early 12/16 at 7am. Awaken at 11 to see my car was towed. The receptionist said they didn’t know the company who tow cars and said community manager was not in. Then also stated she didn’t call them even when the tow company said they did. No one returned my call and my kids had no transportation from school due to this. I am a 5 year tenant and this is the first time I was done like this. We have car theft, packages being stolen and no type of security. In the past we did and it was safer. Even a school aged child was killed in our complex. But instead they choose to towed my operable car for tires that had air in them. Work on our safety as in security and cameras . Also most importantly return my car! Take my advice do not move here they only worry about moving people in these horrible constructed apartments!!!!
My experience was terrible. A lot of my time got waisted. Management is not honest about the full application process. After being told I was approved I was made aware that my income had to be reviewed by Park terrace's compliance department. I took time off of work several times to make sure management received all income verification information paystubs, verification letter etc. Management was never able to give an upfront answer about the status of my application. They always said they had to reach out to compliance. I hate I waisted my time and I feel that management was being biased in the selection process. In the future it would help if management would be upfront with prospective tenants by letting them know of the full application process. By the way no one should be accused of fraud if they make a mistake and leave out certain information in their income. Mistakes happen and if someone is willing to provide the documents needed to verify the income there is no fraud. I gained nothing by leaving this information out. I lost the time I invested waiting for you all to make a decision about approval or denied. Plus, I was shown 2 apartments with you all knowing that my application was still being reviewed. I first left a great review but my feelings changed by what happened to me. Hopefully management will make changes and communicate to prospective tenants the true application process. I hope this helps someone make the best decision.
My experience with park terrace was great. Quick, easy process. The staff is the best. They are very patient, professional and the office smells & feels like home as soon as you walk through the door. I want to thank jayra for welcoming to my new home. I love my new home. I would highly recommend giving park terrace a chance. Thanks guys.
Beautiful apartment, beautiful managers, everyone is so nice, the worker's/neighbors are all so sweet everyone has so much respect for each other. These apartments are the best apartments I ever lived at if you need a apartment, you should apply here trust me you won't regret it. I wanna thank everyone at these apartments for everything you guys are all so sweet and the most respectful people I've met.
"This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not." I can't wait to move in !!!
Wow !! Praise the LORD !! you people should be felt at peace so many of us are Strong believe in Jesus Christ.. I will pray for Mommy and Kids, Homeless Woman from California ... Kelsey, I called you twice at your office. IM on the waiting list for two bedroom on first floor . Low Income Disabled and Deaf ..I hope I will get this Apt soon, I would love to bring those believers get together and pray for each other and pray for others too. Park Terrance is excellent home for any of us would have a dream ! and I have seen websites and talked to the staff .. The Staff is very friendly I strongly believe that but I never visit or Tour the Apt of yet. I did left a E mail about Touring. the office didn't pick it up and answer my e mail. ;{ so I hope they will.. don't we all have Hope in life?? Yes WE do. Please pray that God will provide me a Scooter soon. I have scoliosis, lower chronic back pain that connected to Scoliosis and family history . I just moved to Park Terrace, a great place to live. My paperwork process was difficult due to certain circumstances but Kris was Great and helpful. The whole management team was helpful. I was thankful for maintenance helping me when I saw him outside. Park Terrace is well clean and quiet. My kids and I love it.
I’m so happy that I get to move here! The ladies in the front office have made everything so easy for me! The property manager was amazing and really made me feel valued and took her time to make sure I understood everything. My kids and I were treated so well. They can’t wait to move there and I’m with them!! I would recommend this place in a jiffy!
