they take money from you even if they themselves are wrong, they can come to your house without warning, they do not enter into a position and fine for such violations that shoot in their head $ 150 - $ 1000. Take care of your nerves. Better to overpay elsewhere than live here. Every month you will receive only stress from the workers of this building.
A nice place to live, if you don’t have noisy neighbors. Assessments and other services for pay increase each year. It would be great to also see a consistent increase of building management customer service. There are a lot of pluses when it comes to the amenities in the building but with them also come many construction processes and closures for them. All in all, it is an okay place to live and I am very happy with my view, which is phenomenal.
I love living here. The office staff are professional and kind, from my experience. I feel very safe here and am happy to call Park Tower my home.
Very well functioning HOA, great views, CTA nearby and location near the lake. What else do you need in a condo?
The building and amenities are phenomenal, the view from my apartment is gorgeous, and the staff is delightful. Giving 1 star for the management office. Beware of the general manager, who is a nightmare to deal with! He gaslight and yelled at me over a simple parking issue and took zero accountability for the hassle it took and fees I was charged for parking after I moved in. Told me my feedback was “unfounded and unwelcome” and took everything extremely personally. He made a point that my needs would be disregarded by the company because I’m a tenant, not an owner. I wish I was exaggerating.
Interesting how all the bad reviews, are renters. In general, renters take no ownership and have very little understanding of how a businesses such as a condominium have to operate. They take no accountability for their surroundings and have out of whack expectations in general. Living in a condo and highrise which is is basically a small city, is very different than an apartment community. The team at Park Tower is amazing. It is financially in very strong condition, which is something to say in the present economy. It is clean, has fantastic amenities, has a wise Board of Directors which is very proactive with maintenance and repairs, and while our management team is tough, it is responsible to operate by the rules the Owners themselves pass. If the renters don't like it, there is a boat load of other condos down the street that are mostly renters, and mostly rundown - schedule your move and go have your free for all somewhere else.
Horrible horrible place I’ve ever been to the person in the office was so rude and unprofessional. If I could give it a zero I would. NEVER going back there again.
No issues so far whatsoever. Been living here for few months as a tenant. Had few issues with the plumbing at the beginning. Was fixed promptly when made the request. The views are incredible and a very quiet neighborhood.
Terrible management, people in the office, and customer service - reviews are accurate. They are aggressive and disrespectful. Not to mention that many of the front desk people ignore you when you greet them. They are needlessly rude and yell at the food delivery drivers.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Atrocious building management. A management office employee was recently fired after spreading incorrect information to tenants. Management is attempting to take no responsibility for the resulting misinformation. They also refuse to refund several months of gym fees while the gym was closed due to covid. Garbage treatment of long-time tenants. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and inconsiderate this building management has chosen to be.
