Pet Policy
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $150 refundable pet deposit and $150 non-refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month and breed restrictions apply. Please contact the office for further details.

Take I-80 to Sparks Blvd (exit 20). Travel north on Sparks Blvd. We are located 1/2 mile down on the left.
