Mini golf is pretty good. Our group made arrangements at a group rate. Somehow we didn’t make it onto the list that’s OK. It was only one dollar more. $11 each for 18 holes. The kids had a great time that’s what really mattered.!!! It was a little crowded at noon. We let people go in front of us we’re slow golfers lol.Visited onWeekendWait time10–30 minReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$11–15
Awesome way to spend a day either as a couple or as a family. We found out season passes get sold out in March/April so buy them as soon as they open sales and also book cabanas ahead of time, too. It’s hard to book Saturday cabanas unless you do them a month or more ahead. But they have great food and alcohol! It’s so much fun. Included are pictures of the smallest cabana for 10 people which includes indoor and outdoor seating facing the wavepool. You can get great regular seating though as long as you arrive as soon as they open!
Get the Season Pass if you live close. Saves mucho money You get 10% Food Discounts and a special Large size cup from them you get filled for only $1.00. Clean place. Lazy River, Wave Pool, there are 5 different Little Kiddy slides in the Kiddy Pool area... You can get a double or single tube for a few bucks; use it everywhere. They have FREE, red ones, small but they work. The food is cooked fresh except for the Pizza... Weird; no sauce taste, strange melted cheese?? Really nice, Taco Chicken Salad. Very nice chicken fingers with fries. If you have 2/3 Littles; JUST BUY ONE!!! Go back and buy another if u need to. There is a bar there, in the middle area of The Lazy River, if you have bigger kids and want some adult fun. You can bring in an EMPTY Camelback or thermos and get ice water for free. There are some shaded areas. Bring your own towels. And sunblock/sunscreen; you can buy any there!! All in all; great day. Oh, if you're over 60....$12.99 to get in!!! Nice family day. Or couples day!!!
My grandkids loved it! My 7 yo granddaughter was able to get on all the rides... 2 spots for babies, young kids to play and slide. Food was reasonably priced...they don't skimp on the fries. I recommend buying the souvenir cup...its a $1 refill...also bring your own clear water jug or cup. Free water refills. Get there early to find a seat in the shade....but honestly we didn't sit down much because we were getting wet. We didn't rent the tubes...there were plenty for the rides when needed...but it was a weekday and not a weekend. And buy water shoes...so many adults and kids burning their feet. Its worth it to have them on. Overall my family and I will definitely be coming back
Great place to take the kids for summer. We got a season pass last year, and it's worth it if you plan on going A LOT. Has several water slides at different levels of advancement, I guess you can say, so there's a wide range to choose from-9 slides, I believe, plus a lazy river and a wave pool. The only thing I wish was, because we go SO much, is that there were a few more slides to choose from as sometimes you get tired of the same ones over and over again. Maybe add a new one every few years? I know. That's a silly request. But wouldn't that be great?? Overall 8 out of 10! My kiddos on the other hand, would say 10 outta 10!!
This water park packs a punch for its small footprint. There are lots of rides for beginners and plenty for thrill seekers. The park is affordable and a great way to escape the hot summer days. The staff is great, and they have great food and beverage choices. I'd highly recommend giving this place a shot, of you haven't been before.Visited onWeekdayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$31+
Fun water park! Get there early as there is a line to get in and it's a mad rush once the gates open for the shady spots on the inside. Food is pretty basic, but they do have some vegetarian options for those more focused on health. Mats and tubes are for rent, but if you're patient usually you can use the freebies. But on a busy day it may be worth just paying for. Bar area is definitely 21+ and no exceptions, even for small children/babies. But you can take your drinks outside of that over 21 area. Take lots of sunscreen as shade can be tough to find! ...and have fun!
I want thank you Wild Island Waterpark for the generous military discount I received today. Online it says $37.95. I am happy I didn't buy it online. I couldn't find a discount anywhere online to apply when checking out. Lucky for me the young lady behind the counter says it's $27.95 for military. With my two Kids and me, we saved $30. I was expecting my usual 10% when I do get offered a military discount. Don't get me wrong. I am very happy with 10% but 26.4% discount is amazing. Thank you so much Wild Island Waterpark for making this single Dad/disabled veteran on social security feel special. God Bless employees and customers of Wild Island Waterpark.
We went to Wild Island Family Adventures as a family, with the oldest being 68 and the youngest 3-yrs old and and all had a truly fun time there. There are many reclining lounge chairs and many chairs just for the little ones. There are several huge water slides. There is also an area in an adjacent building to go-carts, bowling, laser tag and an arcade, if the water park isn't your thing. There are lockers you can rent from rva small fee, which we found very helpful. There are also big inner tube floats, with some accommodating two riders. The young people who work there were all courteous and helpful.
Great place to go with family, super fun. All the rides are super fun and safe. All the employees are very kind and fun. However the only reason I am giving two stars is because one of the managers in a blue shirt with a ponytail was rude. I’m pretty sure her name was Kelly so steer clear of Kelly because she’s a piece of work and I attached a pic of her.
