Park West Dental

My daughter was having extreme eye pain so we brought her in. Dr. Brian ran multiple tests and discovered something was stuck to her eyelid. He removed it and then flushed her eye afterwards. He also prescribed some eye drops to help alleviate her pain. This was all after we saw an optometrist at young at heart the day prior, who guaranteed there was nothing in her eye. We are super grateful that Dr. Brian was able to solve this issue for us and help our daughter.

Poor customer service from the vision side! Three years straight I've had to follow up weekly on my daughter's prescription. They supposedly called and left a message.... Three years straight??? That is UNACCEPTABLE!! POOR SERVICE!! No one ever called! I called multiple times a week. I finally call and the prescription has been there for 5 days! No calls from them!!

Everyone’s sooooo nice and I’ve never had some one call us to see if we were coming and they did and such a nice place so beautiful and clean inside

Another amazing experience at Park West Dental. I have been talking my 3 kids to them for 12 years. The dentist as well as the hygienists work together so efficiently. Dr. Kelli worked very quickly and did her best to keep my little girl comfortable. Love all the staff at Park West. Thank you guys for being so good to my kids. You are all amazing!

I took my 5 year old daughter for a regular dental check up and we found out she had several cavities. We tried having 2 cavities filled in the office and she did ok. We went back for the 2nd appt to fill 2 more and my daughter was not having it. She was scared and didn't like it. The staff at Park West was so patient and kind and very understanding of her behavior. The staff talked with me about about another option, where she would go under anesthesia and they could fill the remaining cavities all in one visit and she would have have no pain or feel any pressure. I was so scared for her to go through this procedure but after talking with my husband, her pediatrician and the dentist we decided to move forward with this appointment. I'm not going to lie this was such a nerve racking morning for my husband and myself. We did our best to stay calm for our daughter but it was still so hard. I have to say our experience was exceptional. The check in nurses were so kind, playful and sweet to our daughter. They took the edge off. We met the anesthesiologist and he was also wonderful. Very caring, thorough with his part, yet still playful to keep our daughter at ease. Last but not least we met with Dr. Millea who was also so kind, patient and thorough with explaining the whole process. He answered all our questions including ones we didn't think of. He was soft spoken and very caring. He promised to take excellent care of her during this procedure. And to be honest, all the staff did. They said she will never left alone and she'd be monitored the whole time. The procedure itself took 45 minutes. My daughter did great. The doctor came out to tell us how great it went and he let us go see her shortly after she woke up. The recovery nurses were also great. They were so comforting and super sweet. As a parent I felt at ease, relieved and grateful for this experience. I can't thank the staff and doctors enough. Thank you for making such a scary procedure so pleasant. My daughter was up and running around that afternoon. She felt great and had no issues.

I have two kids that go here! We see both dental and vision. The buildings are both beautiful! The costumer service is great on both sides! My kids don’t fear going to the dentist, they are super gentle when they do cleanings and any work that gets done as well, this is a nice clean place and I always recommend this dental and vision to everyone I know who has kids!

My child and I love this dentist office we travel from rocky Ford because she likes them so much and feels safe with them. Everyone is so friendly. It is quick service they stick to your appointment time they do not make you wait 10,20 minutes after your appointment to get in. My child loves to put her name up on the no cavity tree and the fact that they give the children a coin after their visit to get something out of the toy machines takes me back to when I was a kid. I also like that they now have the vision right next to the dental. They schedule us so that her appointments are back to back so I do not have to travel for two separate appointments.

Been great since they opened, but today I was there with my child and asked them if they could repair some damage I had done to my glasses but couldn't see well enough to fix them without wearing them. They fixed and fitted for me at no extra cost! amazing. They were pretty fast making my other kid's glasses and I have no doubt it will be the same this time. 5 stars all around.

Quick service, kid friendly- somewhat unprofessional in the sense that while your child is in the chair the dentist and assistants are mainly discussing what they did over the weekend, or other aspects of their personal lives romance, disagreements, etc. On one visit, my son had the gas on and started shaking, however the assistants didn't notice until I asked "is he supposed to be shaking?" They quickly checked his finger monitor and said it was fine, but I felt they wouldn't have noticed had I not said anything. Also I worried about him choking on the cotton thing in his mouth, since they seemed to not be paying attention. Update: they called me about this review and assured me that they had a staff meeting to ensure their staff are not occupied with personal issues or discussing them while working. They are a nice, friendly, clean facility with fast service. Have never had to wait to be seen which is kind of a bummer to my son as he likes playing with the toys in the lobby.

Took my 7 year old daughter to have work done and a cleaning. She has small teeth and they are close together so she is prone to cavities. The 1st visit they did the cleaning and xrays and we sat down to discuss a course of action. The next visit we did her cleaning 1st and xrays. My daughter always hates the xrays but they did a great job taking to her and trying to calm her down. And during the cleaning they were amazing and she was perfectly still and did awesome. During the exam the Dentist was great with her and wasnt to rough. Then finally it came to the caps. We originally went for 2 because well they cost money. My daughter did so well because the staff were amazing with her they wanted to do more but we couldnt. They did not try to force us or talk us into anything. I will be getting my almost 3 year old son in with them next. I want to thank all the staff that worked on my daughter they were amazing!!!!!!!!!
