We are impressed with Sharon in the office and how quickly she solves the problem. She gets it done the same day, we're very satisfied with park west. Sharon us the sweetest girl went met. So nice and quick to resolve any problem, not that we have any but we are glad she is around David and Tracy. Steve Harrison did a amazing job on fixing our door. He was real friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work on any issues that we may have. Hard worker
The people who run the place, are rude and unprofessional, they don't take very good care of the place at all
Visited the Dickenson's last month. We swam in the beautiful pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. Helped the Dickinsons move due to lot rent being raised by the new owners. Is not worth it.
Just moved in and haven't had any problems. Sharon, the lease manager has been nothing but sweet. They have been nothing but polite to us whenever we call or need anything.
How about 0 stars. Had to go 3 months before we got a mail box key. Lot rent is outrageous and now they are charging all tenants $79.47 for water monthly. Some tenants don't even live on property. And the best yet, is we still don't know who bought and owns the property.
New owners bought out Park West in August 2022. Don't even know who they are. They haven't said, sounds like they want to stay anonymous. Raised rent from $330 to $525 starting January, 2023. Greedy !!! Park is becoming a ghost park. I can see why. We live in Oklahoma not California!!! I don't even give it a 1 star. You can buy an acre and pay land payment for what they are charging for lot rent. Includes nothing!!!!!!! Just lot rent only!!
That manager was better then that trashy Ash Quigly, who the cops had to sale his home. Funny coming from a man whose mom pays the rent. Parkwest is a nice place to live since all the trash got took out.

Ive been "around" Park West for about 15 years. Ive never heard anything nice about it! Ive never lived here but Ive seen it all, animal cruelty, DV, the pool area is funky. Management has raised rent, water and lot rent too get your trailer from you. If they can Beware management is shady.
close to campus and Walmart which is a huge bonus for a college student. Cheaper place to live and work with students well. Has nice amenities such as a pool, rec center that you can rent, and a tornado shelter. Lots of community activity with the families in the park and always trying to include everyone to come socialize and have fun! Really liked living here because of the neighbors and convenience of the location to campus and Walmart with the country feel.
