We had a great experience staying here! We stayed for two weeks $125 a week and had no issues. It's a small, quiet RV park with a cute pond that brings in a lot of wildlife. There is no laundry or bathrooms onsite, but there's a nearby laundry mat that's really nice Spin City Laundry Company that's right next to Walmart in town less than 15 minutes away. Eddie was very kind to us and spends a lot of time keeping the place nice. Thanks for the great experience!
We were denied from being allowed to stay there. My wife is traveling er/icu nurse. Person that runs the grounds said he didn’t want anybody that worked at the hospital to stay there. I would understand if they actually had a community bathroom or laundry room but it is basic camping/living as it gets. There is no reason to be discriminated because my wife is in that community to help save lives. By the looks of the other reviews it’s probably for the best, place sounds like it’s poorly maintained. I would recommend to look at the options nearby.
Don't expect a RV resort. But if you need a place for more than a night, It's a good deal.. Water, sewer, electric and quiet. No showers. No amenities . Quiet and easy to set up. We stayed at space 7, for three nights Good price...
Highly recommend NOT staying at this park. Especially if you are a college student that goes for anybody to be honest. He does not care about you "the guests" property. I would not recommend this place for my dog to stay at, the place is not kept up well and is not worth the $375 for just the average camper to stay there. If you are looking for a nice place to stay for the same money go anywhere but here.
Absoulty terrible experience. I called months in advance to make sure I would have a spot when moved up for the fall semester. Eddie assured me I would be put on the list and to let him know a bit before I was coming with my trailer. I called about 3 weeks before moving there and he said he remembered me and that all I needed to do was mail him a deposit check with my name and when I'd be moving in. I then called about a week before I had to be there to make sure he got my check and that everything was in order. Eddie told me he had no idea who I was and that he had never spoke with me before. He said he still had a spot though and asked me about my trailer and if I had any pets, I told him I have an Australian Shepherd about 30lbs. He then told me they no longer allowed dogs over 20lbs and said he assumed that I knew that, even though he didn't tell me any of the rules during the multiple phone conversations until after I sent him money. Also none of the rules or regulations are posted on the joke of a website that they have. So after being promised for several months that I would have a spot I now have 4 days to find somewhere to live in Stillwater. If you are a college student needing a spot for a semester or just needing a place to park a camper for a night or two I would strongly advise going literally anywhere but here.
Outstanding, Family & Safety Focused RV Park in the Stillwater OK area. Highly recommend this RV Park for Students attending OSU. Eddie takes pride in his park, and it shows. Parents can rest, assured he will do everything in his power to keep their students safe & sound. Also take note that Eddie has another RV park next door for "Group RV Travelers" called Pecan Hill RV Park great for people in town for events, or passing through as they explore the USA.
Probably the cheapest in the area but there is no bathhouse or laundry available on site. Never felt comfortable here, the dog who enjoys being outside didn’t care to leave the rv. The owner or manager guy was always driving around the park even though it’s a smaller rv park. I was so happy when we moved out of there.
I called 3 days prior to arrival to get a spot set up. The gentleman says he can get me in but I won't have sewer hookup for 2 days. So I went ahead and reserved a spot for myself and my camper. I show up as scheduled and on phone with guy from park and says to pull in and he will show me. As soon as I get out of my truck after 12 hours of traveling he looks at me and says he don't have anymore spots open and he would rather me go somewhere else. I would never recommend someone so disrespectful to give your money to for a spot not here ever again
Loved staying here. Eddie is a great landloard. He makes sure that the place is safe and loved his Halloween Parties. And I made a life long friend there.
I stayed there for a couple of month. This place is cheaper than other RV parks. I paid about $350 with utility included here while the cheapest I could find around was about $500 and I had to pay for my electricity as well. Being a quite environment, close to town with reliable WiFi, I recommend taking a look at this RV park.
