I ordered a shower door in January 2021. They said it would take 2-3 weeks. They came out with 3 different doors about 4 times in total. Each time the fitment was wrong. Finally after 4 months thet got one to fit properly. The problem of is they installed it so far back in the frame that the towel bar hits the edge of frame and the door will not open all the way. These people are supposed to be experts, but do amateur work. If I moved the door I will have 10 holes they drilled showing. Hire these people at your own risk.
We ordered a frameless shower and when they came out to install they discovered my wall was slightly warped at the bottom and the glass would not fit without leaking water out. They had already torn my old shower out. Wes came out and discussed the options and said he would reinstall my old shower. He installed the shower replacing the damaged trim and didn't charge me for the trim even though I offered to pay. That is great customer service and integrity. Even though he couldn't help me with my frameless shower, I would recommend Parker Brothers. Thank you Wes

I had a partial glass enclosure for my shower installed. It looks beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. Reasonable price and it was done quickly. Would definitely reccommend and use them again.
