First time at Parker’s Grille and we enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere is modern and sophisticated. The outside patio is a wonderful environment for summer evenings. The food was flavorful and the portion sizes were just right. Looking forward to going back againFood: 5/5
Nice spot in Avon Lake. Clean, friendly, and enjoyable for a night out. Drinks are good bartender super cool, service is great, appetizers were solid like the shrimp, pretzels and lamb chops, onions/mushrooms bowl. The dinner food was okay, I had the filet. Parking is good and the bathroom was clean. The desserts were delicious like the caramel apple cheesecake is a MUST and the chocolate mousse cake too. Worth a visit for a fun happy hour or great night out with friends!
First time here. The restaurant was not full, like 14 people including us and the service was not fast. The waitress was very nice but she had no sense of urgency, brought us our drinks, didn’t tell us about the menu or ask if we had any questions about the menu and left for 10 minutes before returning to ask us if we were ready to order. I had a Ruben sandwich which was very good and my friends were pleased with their food as well. The food came fast once we ordered, about 15 minutes. There was a guy playing guitar and singing, he was ok but a bit loud so a conversation at our table was difficult and we were in the back. They have a patio which looked nice and maybe we’ll try that area should we decide to return when the weather is not so humid out. Overall it was just okay. It might be a while before I try this place again.
Parker's was recommended by a friend. The atomosphere was dark with pinpoint lighting at each table, artistic vibe. It would be perfect for a romantic dinner but also family friendly and casual. The food was absolutely delicious. The bathrooms were more on the upscale side for a restuarant, very well maintained with all the amenities. Our server, Misty, was great, friendly and very well knowledgeable of the menu items. The drinks we received from the bar were spot on! Even the owner was wondering around making friendly conversation with guest. Overall a great experience! One of the best we've had in a while.
Today was my first time visiting this restaurant by a recommendation from an Avon local. The experience was great. The food was delicious and my drink came correct the first time I ordered. Thanks Misty for being an awesome server! I will definitely stop in the next time I’m in the area.Food: 5/5
The food was good and service was excellent. But be warned, I was surprised and disappointed to learn when I received my bill that I would be charged extra for using a credit card. I ended up paying cash but if I had known about this extra charge beforehand I might have ordered less to avoid using up all my cash. This type of extra charge should be clearly posted somewhere so patrons can make informed decisions about what they order and how much they want to spend and not have this extra charge sprung on them at the end of the meal. Restaurants already benefit from the convenience for their patrons when using credit where they probably spend more than if they had to pay cash. Patrons shouldn't be penalized for using a credit card. The restaurant was full when we were there so they probably don't need my business but just saying buyer beware.
Mia is an amazing server and Paul runs the kitchen like the family is at the table waiting for grub. Ribs... fall off the bone. Beers from draft, fresh and tasting just like they should!! Sometimes you get beer at other establishments that has been sitting and loses some of the hoppiness, but not here. I almost got the prime rib dinner combo special... salad, prime rib and a dessert choice we went on a Friday Patio is wonderful, trees all around, so you're not staring at the parking lot. Summary here: looking forward to going back. Kid-friendliness: They are definitely awesome with kids.
I had the prime rib. Show leather tasted better. My wedge salad was nasty, the balsamic vinaigrette was as thick as pudding. I told my waitress, she just said ok and walked away. There's mostly teenagers working there, it used to be a wonderful place to eat. I wouldn't have fed mine to my dog. It was not worth $100.00. P.S. the drinks were good
We've been here a few times, always great food. The service was exceptional tonight. Drinks were strong and good. We had the lemonade stand, John Daly, and blood orange martini. All were good. For starters we had the cheese and charcuterie board which was amazing. It came with 3 different cheeses, olives, different nuts, crackers, fig jam. Definitely worth the $20. We also got crusty bread and butter. Crunchy on the outside, but soft inside. For our meals between all of us, we tried: Cajun lamb chops were pretty good, just extra spicy tonight. Comes with a ranch dip. No mint jelly available. New England clam chowder was decent, pretty big bowl. Beef stroganoff special was very good. Beef comes over the smashed red potatoes. Big portion. Soup of the day was a Beef vegetable. Very good. Chicken mac and cheese was okay. The sauce was very watery. Chicken was decent. Comes with a huge amount of broccoli chunks, maybe too much. Lyonnaise potatoes for a side were very good. Pretty big size for a side. Crispy and tasty, grilled sweet onions. The atmosphere is very nice. Tonight they had a gentleman singing, which was okay. But some may not enjoy this if they were going out for a nice dinner. The music plays over the whole restaurant. Check the daily specials on when they have live music. Try the ribs if you get a chance, they looked amazing. Not cheap by any means, but you will get a decent meal and good service. Check them out if you're looking for something different.
I would call it a restaurant and it was very nice. Service was excellent. I ordered a bowl of chili for $20. I thought what could a bowl be worth $20 but there was a chunk of sirloin steak in every bite in a large portion. Best chill I ever had worth every the price.Food: 5/5
