Parking Authority Enforcement Division of Prince George

Joke of a department. The head of the department has LIED to our community stating that new parking notices were sent out with updated dates when that was a lie and now our street cannot have guest due to parking enforcement ticketing whenever and not just on game days like they’ve done before. I emailed the head woman in charge and she stopped responding to my emails after I demanded to see the new notices that were supposedly sent out. HOW IS TICKETING WHENEVER GOING TO SOLVE THE PARKING ISSUES?

For the last several months, I have had an issue of a commercial vehicle parking on our residential block; which is also a county street. Parking enforcement has been playing hide-and-seek with this company for the last month. My complaint is that the call center is very limited in what they can do about resolving this issue. It is obvious that the company is being willfully defiant about parking on county streets. The Parking Enforcement is under the Revenue Authority and Mark Graves is the director. Good luck in trying to get a phone number for his office.

I just called to speak to someone because I received a parking ticket while my vehicle was stolen so I wasn't driving the vehicle and I've never been more disrespected, talked down to, or received with so little empathy in my life. I also learned that the parking authority has nothing to do with the police department which would have been very helpful in recovering my vehicle had the two connected with each other. I must physically go into a location with a copy of my police report to prove my vehicle was stolen you have to pay for police reports BTW. Absolutely astounding.

These are the nastiest employees I've ever encountered. While Angela Alsobrooks is shaking things up in the County, she needs to put this department on her list. If you don't like dealing with the public, then why in the heck would you take a job in customer service? Please advise.
