Best pharmacy system compared to all others like, Walgreens, cvs, walmart, Tom thumb, just to name a few. They have a sitting area big enough that you always find a seat. They move quickly and accurate. They have enough windows to take care of all patients. I wish the DMV was like this place!
From the moment I stepped in there, I felt warm and at home. PARKLAND Hospital has really, really greatly improved from what I have known it to be several years back. Right by the bus route and train route. Very easy to navigate. Easy check in. No long waits like it was in the past. A very big improvement from time past.
Great medical building for all your head trauma needs , best doctors to meet all your needs and answer all your questions.
Been trying to schedule an appointment for a month. All you do is get transferred or hung up on ! I will find somewhere else !
My second time and I'm being disappointed long line sick condition no free parking very bad
The worst staff I’ve ever experienced front desk lady is racist rude and always with an attitude and she don’t get paid for that! and patients don’t deserve that ! if you have another clinic in mind please go! This one is not worth at all ! If you want good treatment don’t waste the time in this EMG clinic they just let you wait there for hours and don’t even give you any information and if you try to reschedule they will tell you I’m not giving until months later ! I will never come back here Poor lady in her 90s and they didn’t even bother helping her on her wheelchair and I say racist because she only yelling and being rude to Hispanic
The staff is nice . But the wait time is long only because this is a community hospital. If your a legal to come up here really late like 2am usaully it doesnt take that long.
It's a public hospital pharmacy, but the wait time is bearable because of the efficiency of the hospital staff.
I’m typing this as I’m sitting here, brought my mom for a check up they still haven’t called her and it’s been 2hrs. I have other things to do besides sit here and wait for them. If I could give it a no star I would. It’s ridiculous the amount of time someone has to wait. Do better.
Busy! There was about a two minute wait to enter. Acceptable reason was simply due to being checked out with COVID-19 questions and have your body temperature tested. This was no problem at all! I just want to be clear on that. Otherwise, another pleasant visit. Main lobby Customer Service attendant behind that large, lobby desk is always very nice to me. That is always priceless. I mean, sometimes you end up going to the hospital simply because "it's your turn,". If you know what I mean. All in all this new building shines! Plus, the campus is so beautifully landscaped. Check it out yourself. You just might agree.
