Constant smell of weed seeping through the walls to the point where you feel like you’re living in a hotbox 24/7
My owner was amazing, the building is not. Amazing location and very inexpensive. HOWEVER, Building is extremely old.... Smells so bad in the hallways like rotten food or dog urine. Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors every movement. There’s about 12 guest parking spots for the entire building. Management is horrible. They have about 6 months delay for everything. The pool didn’t work for two years. One elevator didn’t work for five years. It’s better if you just spend the extra money and live somewhere operable. It’s so old and there’s no helping the building unless they just knock it down.
The best view ever. Great location. Beautiful established parks in your backyard. New management is amazing. Older building being refurbished. Buy now while prices are still affordable. So much space for the money! Love it here!
Oldest high rise condo in town but, great location and great management. Many condo's have been updated, others are great for first time buyers. Walk to shopping center, easy access to malls and mid-town. On bus line.
Incessant pattern of life and limb threatening code violations at city/county/state/federal levels. Critically mismanaged and staffed with inept/hostile puppets. Steer clear
Used to live in this building. I loved the location, but management was a disaster and our landlord tried to kick us out so he could sell it at one point due to things being so bad with condo association. Limited guest parking, 2 out if 3 elevators were broken down at the same time for months, and there was a constant change in staff and even management companies every few months.
Location is fantastic, elevators have serious issues. Pool was out of service for over a year. Security has been improved. Inexpensive for the location
Last night I departed the complex while having back spasms. I had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator. It never came. It has been this way for a couple months. I called the front desk "24/7" concierge twice. No answer. Finally, I decided to go down the emergency exit all the way down. After stepping over the dozens of beer cans and cigarettes in the dingy stairway, I emerged in the lobby to see the concierge at the front desk, leaned back, feet up, typing away on an Iphone. This place is a joke. P.S: Apparently they've now sent out an email saying that "concrete is falling in the parking garage, please park their at your own risk"
Receptionist was rude and talking on her personal phone. She was cussing and just so unprofessional and said she couldn’t hear me. I wonder why.....
awesome spot. amazing location. friendly staff. guest parking can be a pain sometimes but that's common for apartments/condos.
