So disappointing! This place is always closed... even if the website says "open" and the sign on the dusty couch at the window says "open Monday to Friday 12 pm-4pm". People are busy and they bring their business elsewhere, of course!
Went yesterday 28 June 20200 after my wife looked up the store information....mainly what it's hours of operation were....said it closes at 5pm we got there at 415pm. Just looking for a nice table or dresser for a project. Anyways we pull up.... no cars in parking lot...just to find a sheet of white paper with scribbled hours say 11 am to 4pm....you would think the owner of a buisness would have enough time to make time adjustments on thier google account as well. The note looked like it had been up for some time ...so it was not like a recent or temporary change. Then I call the phone number twice.....no one anwsers and after several rings a response comes on and says to enter some access code. Who ever owns the thus store needs to just close shop permanently , they evidently don't care about keeping customers informed. It's ashame....customer can understand an emergency every now and then. But to disregard potential customers is so disrespectful....so who ever you are that owns this buisness....just close it oermantly but in doing so please update your google account for this buisness and stop wasting customers / peoples time. Signed SICK OF LAZY BUISNESS OWNERS.
I went to Parks Furniture and Antiques looking for a dresser for our bedroom and they have a great selection of all kinds of neat furniture! They have a lot of very fine quality antique furniture that is in great shape and completely finished! I didn't find what I was looking for that day, but I will be going back soon! The prices are fair to a little on the expensive side, but the prices are justified because they have a number of rare pieces and everything in the store seems very high quality! The customer service was great! A very kind woman helped me, walked me through the entire store, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this store to anyone, especially those who are not looking for a project and want more finished pieces of antique furniture.
Dean is a wonderful and knowledgeable collector. A massive store filled with the finest antiques- many great items of Boston colonial style! No scratches, no chipped corners, simply beautiful condition.
It would be nice if they were open during the hours posted online or had a sign if the hours changed but no nothing.
Mike knows furniture and is very helpful without being pushy. The store is full of beautiful, well cared for antique furniture, mostly 1920s & 30s. And they deliver!
They have wonderful selection of furniture. Unfortunately I have asthma and the smoke smell in this store is awful. You can shop if you can hold your breath long enough!
Very disappointed that they are not open. No one answers the phone and no signs on the door to tell business hours.
Customer service was great. All my questions were answered.
Expensive. Also, watch out for the rodents.
