I started an a Scottie savers here when I was 16. I turn 18 next week and now have a checking account through parks as well. My family has always used and trusted parks back from the late 1900’s when my grandmother was a nurse at GFH. I trust parks because they have always kept my money secure, and kept me up to date. There workers are great!! I’ve never had a bad experience with even one of them. All though I know me bringing in my bag of rolled change from my summer job must be something they don’t always love to do. They still have always helped me and been kind!!
I started working here in the US last year and the staff of Parks heritage have been so helpful to me. I was able to open an account and got approved for a car loan given the fact that I was only here for a short amount of time. Kudos to them because they are very welcoming and approachable.
I’ve been a member of parks for omg since the 80’s. I will never go anywhere else, the people that work there are like family to me. they treat you like family too. They are awesome. Always friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers. Best credit union ever.
Been banking with Parks for almost 7 years now, and I try not to come in for loan unless is absolutely necessary or needed,and for all the times that have come in for loans or refinancing they’ve work with me very well. This time with the Help of super knowledgeable Loan officers such as Lara Bradway and Ashley Barry, Parks once again delivered on the service that they are best known for serving the customers and I could not be happier. So the next time you come in to parks for your next whatever loan, don’t forget to ask for Lara Bradway.
It is a great place to do your banking. The staff is very helpful and caring. I am so happy to have them as my credit union. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new banking environment.

I've been with parks heritage for a little over a year now and it has been great! The customer service is top tier and they really go the extra mile to get you approved for loans, better car payments etc.
I have been a member of Parks Heritage FCU since I was very young. I remember opening up my account and depositing $200 that I had saved from my allowance when I was around 8. I am 30 now and have had the same account for 22+ years. Last week I put in a stop payment for a check, signed a docusign document confirming it, paid the 20 dollar fee for stop payment, and then woke up today to the check being cashed. This has totally messed up my finances and situation and the staff had no mechanisms to make it right other than undoing the payment which is putting me in a very bad position. I am going to be closing my account and going elsewhere.
I have been a long time member of this bank, and the staff are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. When I had an issue with my atm card, they were right on top of it, and got me a new card right away!
I have been a part of this credit union for over 13 years! I remember when it was in the basement of Glens Falls Hospital! Always amazing service, quick and easy process to apply for a loan! I have been doing the holiday loans for years, just recently got my vehicle loan through them! Every person I have ever spoken to has been absolutely amazing! I recommend this credit union to everyone in my family!!!
