Firstly, Parks Jones worked with our extenuating circumstances and helped us get into a decent rental. Then, throughout our entire time with them had nothing but positive contacts and assistance whenever we needed help with something. Then, when we left, we got a lion's share of our deposit back! We left the place quite clean, but still, getting your deposits back cannot be counted on, so we can't say enough good things about Parks Jones! Wonderful people!
In November 2021, they represented the seller in the transaction. We were scheduled to close November 5th, but this was pushed two weeks when the selling agent John simply went dark. Our agent finally discovered that he was out of work due to a family emergency. Now, I am not without a heart and totally understood and this worked fine for us because we weren't planning on moving to the area until after our closing date anyway. Normally I would ignore this and move on, but the treatment since discovering this was just terrible so I feel much less empathy. I have been in and out of the real estate realm for years and am quite aware that if you are going to be away from work as an agent, you ask your co-workers and/or your BIC to make sure that certain things for your clients is done. He did none of this. Just disappeared and didn't tell any of the agents on the other side of his sales. When we arrived we asked if we could "rent" the home for the three days until closing. Not a problem. He asked if we could be at the house for the gas to be turned on. Not a problem again. We asked that he calls us to let us know so we can be there in time. He agreed but then texted and we almost missed the gas company. We arrived to meet the gas company and found three maintenance men working on the list of items the seller agreed to fix all of them from the inspection and they had no idea the gas company was going to be there even though John had scheduled both the same day at the same time and they could have done it. We were fighting with a frozen hitch lock which is why I missed the text initially. Just minutes after we arrive lo and behold John shows up to take his lockbox off the front door. Okay, maybe just some miscommunication. Again, no problem. Then our second scheduled closing is pushed back from Friday to Monday because reasons. Adding two more days of rent we're required to pay. Not an absurd amount by any means, but things are just adding up. Just like the house wasn't cleaned and no one was scheduled to come by and clean it even though it had been empty long enough to collect dust and dead bugs. Not terrible, just another annoyance. When we get to closing there's no addendum stating that the windows that were going to be replaced would be after we take possession of the home so John gives us a handwritten note stating that it will be done they were backordered. A handwritten note... After we close, we get the utilities taken care of and meet with one of the maintenance men from earlier in the week, Miguel to finish repairs. We ask him about the items not completed per the inspection and seller's agreement to do it all, and he was unaware of half of the items and would not be able to do them without permission from John, which he never got. Miguel had to leave, but said he would return. We texted him and he never replied. We asked our agent to contact John who said to just text Miguel. And round and round we go. Months into owning the home, we've received no updates about the backordered windows. John says that Miguel should be updating us, but he's ghosted us and no matter how many times we and our agent reach out to John, Miguel never texts us again. I finally contact the BIC who gave me the "little lady" treatment and says that they will install the windows when we pay the $80 or $100 we owe for the rent we forgot the checkbook when we went to closing and we were advised to pay only once all repairs, including the windows, are completed and so I express to him what we were advised and he agreed that it sounded fine. He said that John would reach out with an update on the window. Needless to say, it never happened. We haven't heard anything from the agent John, the BIC John, nor maintenance guy Miguel. I asked our agent to reach out to John one last time not long before a year since closing and he ghosted her. From our side of the transaction, this company appears purposely difficult to deal with, incompetent, lazy, and liars. I can't imagine what they do to their own clients.

Used Don Bradford to locate a home, make an offer then close. The process was smooth, he was on time to viewings of properties, knowledgeable or found out the answers to my questions. Answered when I called with more. Do recommend him for realtor services.
They have an online contact form for absolutely no reason. Emailed multiple times to view a home for sale and even called. Only to be ignored. Buy a tent. It will be better than these people could ever hope to be.
I have nothing but nice things to stay about everyone that has been involved in me renting from this company. They were more than accommodating for me with finding a home short notice. The customer service was always there and more. Truly grateful for the easy transition into moving in and moving out. Truly recommend this company for rental properties and any other related needs.
I rented through them and while they were polite to our face they screwed us over on our deposit. They charged us for claiming they had to clean windows that we had already cleaned, they charged for the hedges allegedly not being trimmed short enough and an additional charge for us allegedly not mowing the lawn even though it was winter and a bunch of other ridiculous charges.
I rented a house through them from Dec17-Oct20. I learned rental prices are not set in stone. All you have to do is ask. I had Zero issues with their service. If Something broke they sent Simone out to fix it immediately. The AC went out they brought window units out until the replacement part came in and I had 2 plumbing issues which were taken care of right away. I would recommend renting from them.
Do not rent from these people those I absolutely love to my place moving out with hell I did a eight out of 10 of everything on that list because I had just had a baby and was able to do some things on the list I have pictures to prove that everything on the list was done but somehow they took almost $200 out of my deposit and now the leasing manager is refusing my calls even though I have proof that I did everything on that list they are taking out money from my deposit and I was me I would just go with a different rental company or better yet find your private realtor do not rent from these people absolute scammers
