WARNING!!! Do not come here! Horrible RUDE staff. Our father just passed away and these girls in the front desk have no compassion and have a bad attitude. The doctors should fire the 2 front girls immediately. I told them my brother needed help and it was our first time there since before our father passed away we would go to Kaiser and the girl with blonde hair said she didn’t care and that we should just go to Kaiser then. They then proceeded to laugh at me and my brother thinking the window was fully closed. Do not support this place. They need patients, we do not need them! There are many other Neurologist offices that treat you with respect.

I didn’t like staffs attitude over the phone while I was trying to make an appointment the last 3 times I called. The appointments are scheduled too far out which is a huge health concern. Being epileptic means Neurology is vital to my care. And I Haven’t been seen by any doctors yet to know if they are good or not. They should give customer service training immediately or hire new staff who seem to care about their clients.

The doctors are great but they need to hire new front desk staff. I’ve come here many times and every time I been here the ladies in the front desk are very rude and unprofessional even when they’re on the phone.

I do give this provider 2 stars because I am sure there are qualified and competent Doctors at this office. However, we were assigned to one that lacked compassion and concern for those that are placed under his care. Dr. William Baek though accomplished and highly awarded, needs to learn some humility and respect for his patients and their families. It is a shame because he appears to be a gifted Doctor. No need to put the details of my family members useless office visit on this review, but because of your lack of care and compassion our family has suffered terribly these last several days. I Pray you take this review seriously and make some much needed changes, or you can continue to be arrogant and dismissive.

Dr. Baek LISTENS when I talk about the problems I've been having since I last saw him. He questions me thoroughly, puts me through the routine testing of motor functions, and has been great filling out paperwork to get ADA protection in my workplace. He also has a YouTube channel in which he has written songs and sung them to music he's written to encourage his patients to get UP and DANCE!

I like the doctor but those girls that work in the front have horrible attitudes, unwelcoming and just plain rude. Need to get better office staff.

Very sweet girls in the front office. Doctor is so sweet and very compassionate! Great experience. To tell you the truth, this visit gave me Hope. Thank you !!

Dr Chopra is great. He's very kind, considerate, knowledgeable in MS. He's taking fantastic care of my husband.

Service was fast and friendly. Nice clean facility and waiting room with TV. Worth recommending to others.

Came to our appointment a little to early. Had to wait in parking lot or hallway. Waiting room not open.
