I have never had a faster trip to the ER. Went in at 2am Monday night, Tuesday morning. I had barely started on my papers on the clipboard when they called me back... I had just sat down in the room to continue filling out the paperwork when the doctor arrived to see me. My visit was completed, except for the script, before I had finished filling out my paperwork. Incredible!
I recently came for a CT scan, and I could not have asked for a better staff. They were all super welcoming and kind throughout the whole process. I can't thank them enough for making it a welcoming and comforting environment. Thank you guys for everything and your hard work!
I had a procedure done Monday morning, the tech Misti was amazing. She took the time to explain the whole process to me. She was very kind.
Excellent service and seen in a timely manner. Except for the walk in clinic. Expect an hour to a 2 hour wait time.
I was treated very well by all the staff at Parkview. Very courteous Very thorough. Food was very good. Best experience I ever had at a hospital.
Absolute worse hospital ever been to! All staff members are VERY unprofessional!!! I went in with a kidney stone and told me they weee going to send me home with meds to help pass stone and for the pain. They never sent in the meds for pain. I guess they don’t realize how painful a kidney stone is. I called them the next day to ask why they didn’t send in the meds to relieve pain and the nurse was incredibly rude and said to just take over the counter meds then HUNG UP on me!! I called right back then another nurse answered the phone. I ask to speak with the lady that just hung up the phone on me and she refused to speak and the nurse that answered was just as rude!! I wouldn’t take my dying dog back to that ER.
7pm on a Saturday had to take my son 12yrs old to the ER. Broke his arm riding dirt bikes. The team was fast at getting him back and feeling comfortable. Within minutes had xrays and a decision on what was going to take place to fix him. We want to say Thank You to the team !!! He is happy and back living life to the fullest again. Thank You Wabash ER Team!!!
I took my husband to the emergency department Monday morning December 6. He was having troubles breathing. He was checked in immediately and within seconds he had a full team in there helping him. After finding out he was going to be ok they continued to come in and check on him. The entire team was very caring, polite, courteous and very professional.
Most everyone was really good.walkin clinic is awesome. Only thing that got me was had to have blood work on a Sunday 2/07/2022 the woman was giving me hell for being there .said the ER is to full for me to be there.i believe her name was Caroline not sure very uncomfortable around her.plz look into her attitude. Thank you otherwise love our hospital.
After reading all the negative reviews I decided to leave a positive one from my experience about a year ago. I broke my foot gardening and drove myself to the ER. They were extremely helpful and I was in and out in under an hour. The dr were knowledgeable and the nurses were great - the front desk staff could have worked on their “bedside manner” a little bit but nothing that would deter me from going back.
