Suzanne Grande is a Licensed Real Estate agent specializing in commercial sales and leasing transactions in Stockton, Lodi and communities throughout the Northern California Central Valley. Suzanne has been in Real Estate for over 28 years with a background in low income housing, land acquisition and urban development in over 23 counties. Suzanne joined Partners Real Estate in 2014 leading the commercial division, and takes an active role helping clients realize their vision. Suzanne prides herself on taking the time to fully understanding the business needs and visions of her clients. With strong and creative negotiation skills, she is able to maximize client profits, as well as anticipate and plan for potential problems before they arrive.
