Party Fitness with Nel presents H.O.T. Dance Fitness! H.O.T. Dance Fitness was founded to provide encouragement, motivation and support to everyone who wants to create a healthier lifestyle. Our premise is simple... to H.onor O.ur T.emple everyday!!! By making healthy choices such as deciding to work out and eat healthier or remove stress we are honoring the temples we have been given!! Come party with us and get healthy at the same time!! Currently we offer Zumba® fitness classes, however I am currently Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, Zumba Sentao®, Zumbatomic® and Turbo Kick® and First Aid/CPR licensed!
