Dr. Patel is absolutely the best physician I’ve had in all my 70 years. He cares about everything going on with my well-being. Never had I a doctor where I could talk with about anything. He’s a gifted doctor who knows how to help you with having a healthy life and life style. I’m very thankful and grateful for being under his care.
Dr. Patel is the best of the best. He cares so wonderfully for his patients. He takes his time and gives the best care each visit. Kim is the sweetest and makes you feel so loved. Couldn’t recommend a doctor more!
Dr Patel is a mensch! He has been looking after me for over half a decade. He is caring, knowledgeable, and takes the time to both listen and explain. This man truly cares about his patients, and end of day, that is what makes a great doctor.
Would not recommend this doctors office. Have been going to him for several years... dont often need to go since I don't get sick often but the one time I needed to be seen for after stroke care in February the doctor, nurse and office personnel was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Instead of being understanding and helpful they added stress to my already delicate situation. They would not set up my appointment in a timely matter and said they would call me back and I never received a call back. I would much rather drive across town to see a doctor than return to this office.
I love them, it's like all my friends and family there. I've made a lot of friends there. I would feel safe there by myself. Sue Rudy
Dr. Patel has been our family doctor for 20 years and I highly recommend him. I know a few comments below are not favorable toward him or his staff but I have to state that I STRONGLY DISAGREE with those comments! His bedside manner is great and I have never felt "rushed." He takes the time to explain things and he's usually pretty much on time with his appointments also. His office staff and nurses are professional and helpful. I've recommended him to many of my friends and they've NOT been disappointed. Best doctor I've ever had.
My husband and I both have been going to Dr. Patel for a few years now. We absolutely love him and his staff. I've never had more than a 5-10 minute wait in the waiting area, they have always answered my calls or if i had to leave a message, called me back as soon as they could. The nurses and staff are great, kind and caring. Dr. Patel is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors that I've had in years. He explains anything that we need and keeps us updated on everything that we need. I like the fact they know us by name and not by "NEXT", unlike many other offices/clinics that we have been to. I will drive the 15 minutes vs the 2 miles to see him.
I would not recommend anyone to go here my mom had gone here for over 2 years not once she saw dr patel she only saw the practitioner, she has been misdiagnosed for the past year, the practitioner just said “ I wonder why you feel sick” REALLY, she keep getting all type of test and they keep saying that she was fine but she was just getting worse, we took her somewhere else and she had extremely low red blood cell and need it a transfusion and they were able to confirm that within a hour vs this place that have been making test for the past year and supposedly didn’t find anything, they just never care to find out what was really happening definitely not a place where to get medical attention
Dr. Patel is not just an excellent doctor but a good man who takes a personal interest in his patients health and care. I have been his patient from the very beginning. Although I live 30 miles away now, I still make the drive to see him. His patient load doesn't allow for it now days but he used to call me on the phone with lab results.believe he still would if it was importantI wish he would redecorate his vintage office but that's not why I go to the Dr.
Me and my family have never seen another doctor… I’m 31 my mom goes here my dad went here , now my daughter my nephew. His staff is amazing they’re all the absolute best and they are so attentive. They’re like family I would never see another doctor.
