Have asked since August for my child's medical records and have yet to get them. Have called and spoke with Rosa several times and nothing has been resolved. She is very rude and condescending. Claims to have contacted whoever it is that deals with medical records for them to contact me directly and it has yet to happen. That was 2 months ago. Also, dropped my child's care when they couldn't even consistently keep up with her therapy appointments or doctors visits.

Was rude to my mother. Harassed her on her way out when she left. She missed dinner the first time she wanted to go home and they asked her to stay so she did. Then they made her go hungry all night. Maybe these staff members should be working in a prison instead of with mentally ill people that need there help.

Good dr need to be more understanding and more compassionate for the parents and what they are going through
