Always love visiting Patmans! Great customer service and very accommodating. If they don't have something they will do the best to order it. An abundance of choices of liquor and other beverages as well as mixers!
This time I visited the redemption center on a Sunday late afternoon. Anytime I have visited here I have had a great experience & this was the first time I had visited the redemption on a sunday, they were super busy but the staff here are REALLY quick & attentive to their customers.... I was the 4th in line & the customers in front of me had a large amount of bottles but it wasn't anytime at all ... When I was younger Craig owned the store across the street from my childhood home so my family got to know him & his business so I totally recommend visiting the store & or redemption center, he is a really great guy
The ladies behind the counter know there stuff!! Always nice. Willing to crack a joke. Selection of product has been supurb!!! Even some items we didn't know about!!
Update: 8/19/22 I went in to redeem my bottles. I had $35-$40 worth of bottles and they gave me $20. Definitely count your bottles before going if you don't want to be ripped off. I also waited in line for an hour to get ripped off. I always redeem my bottle deposits here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them.
1/5 only because 0/5 isn’t an option. Patman’s has been my regular stop a few time a month for a years and I’ll never go again after today. Was looking in the coolers at IPAs and was closely followed by an older female employee. I was at floor level checking cans for dates and had the cooler open for ~30 seconds. I guess it was open long enough to upset her and she all but shut the door on me saying “Please shop from outside to door.” I told her I was checking the date on a few down low that I was going to buy and she wouldn’t chill out. After badgering me for a couple minutes about how the coolers take a beating and you shouldn’t open them until you have made a selection I just decided to leave. Patman’s get over yourself, you’re a liquor store. Please go there to look at product and CHECK dates. Maybe you should too because on 7/10/22 I was finding cans from march of 2021. SORRY I WAS IN THE COOLER TOO LONG; I was checking out all the skunked expired beer you had to offer the fine citizens of Windham. Worst agency liquor store I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and just be sober instead….it’ll be more fun and have fewer crotchety old women yelling at you than shopping at Patman’s fine spirits and expired terrible beer selection!!
Fuc*in' LOVE these guys! Super friendly, super quick and VERY polite. Everyone there works super hard! They take the time out to make you feel like you've known them for years, then the actual store has a ton of choices for drinks, both alcohol and non alcoholic drinks.
Great business with social distance in mind. Wide ranging inventory that is well stocked and very helpful staff. Prices were in line and very affordable. There is hand sanitizer at the location where shopping carts are parked to allow for a quick clean of your shopping cart. Also available at the cash register are lottery sales for those wishing to try their luck. A notable piece of information is the public restroom is closed due to individuals removing things from the store in an illegal manner. Today's visit also included a trip to the recycling center which was well kept and plenty of staff to make returns a snap. There was a young gentlemen that took my cans to the table in back as I had a small amount and saved me loads of time, thank you. I plan to visit this business again.
I stopped by at 8:45 pm on a Friday night to pick up a 1.5L box of Franzia Chardonnay for $7.99. I was expecting they would be open because according to Google they closed at 9 pm. However I noticed the hours on the door had recently been changed.
Very Nice People! I had about 1000 bottles not kidding of all either Poland spring/ generic water or seltzer water with maybe 1 bottle of wine I'm not a drinker and a few quarts of OJ- My first impressions were very good. I had my 11 year old with me so I was happy to see the place very nice and clean- the young man working the door was very helpful and responsive- it was really a nice place and I don't see myself going anywhere from here on out- its a 21 min drive from my house but very very good customer service and pretty quick for that many bottles thank you Covid19 I look forward to my next visit- My daughter was amazed how the workers were so skilled to keep count in their heads and the throwing of the bottles was a like a little show for her- she loved it! great place! -- I didn't spend anytime inside the actual store other than to get the cash from our bottles so I did not look around for their selection- but as I said I'm not a drinker so I wont me stopping in for beverages but I will be stopping in for many many more years to come to their redemption center!! And yes I will probably be buying a few libations for friends and family throughout the years on the inside but for today's first visit I cannot report on their selection of wine,beer,scotch,vodka,brandy, etc but I am sure that after reading their awesome and honest reviews on google there would be quite a selection if one was of the persuasion of such bountiful elixirs. A++ in my book
Great people/great staff...friendly, fast service, and great selection to choose from. From redemption to sales/service, their top notch and always a pleasure to do business there always/all ways.
