Patty's Pet Parlor

We have been taking our dogs to Patty’s for over ten years and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. Our dogs are not easy to wrangle but she manages all that while always doing a great job grooming them. Reasonable prices, great grooming, punctual service, convenient location and plenty of free parking on the street.

Just went to Patty’s for the first time to trim my kittens claws. He wouldn’t let me go near them with clippers but she got all of them trimmed in about 5 minutes and for a great price : would highly recommend

Patty is very nice. I took my dog for grooming at 8:40 for an appointment between 8:30-9am. I ask how long, she said 12:30-1pm. My dog is dachshund with hair. I always tell groomer number 4 and she is groomed exactly as I want her. I requested for Patty to do number 4 and she said that her curls well be cut. I said I want it shorter. She said not bald? I said no. I left. Around 12:40pm I called and she told me that my dog will be ready at 2pm. I reminded her that she was to be done by 1pm as a result, I made an appointment at 1:30 and she replied that others brought there dogs earlier. So I changed my appointment. I called Patty and she said she has already started and I can pick up at 1:15pm. I picked up my dog. When I got home later, I noticed that her hair is not evenly cut. It is long. Her tail was not touched. Under her belly was not trimmed. I'm very busy and I paid for my dog to get groomed. I've taken my dog to other groomers and they don't keep her for hours and they all use the same length numbering cuts. I'm disappointed. Not sure what she did in less than 30 minutes. I'll take her else where when I have time again.

Patty will drop everything to clip my dogs nails real quick. She's the best when it comes to that and she doesn't get frustrated with my chihuahua, who hates getting his nails clipped. she's patient that's for sure.

I can’t express how happy I am I went to this Pet Parlor. If the place is closed, you will receive a call back… she’s very good/patient with your pet, super sweet, and overall does an amazing job! I am not the type to leave a review unless I am completely happy with service. I have taken my pets to the same place consistently before going to Patty’s Pet Parlor and it was nothing like the experience I have been given… and her prices are reasonable! Don’t look any further..

I've had great experience so far. They did a great job shaving my long haired matted fat cat, and they squeezed me in without an appointment twice to have the dog's nails trimmed and grinded. I don't always expect them to be able to squeeze me in, but I'm happy they have done so. The location is convenient with free parking. They are very nice and professional, and it's obvious they know what they're doing. Reasonable prices, too. I'll continue taking my pets here instead of PetSmart while I'm living in the Concord area.
