Michelle Williams and Dr Walker were absolutely awesome. They listened to me and what issues I am experiencing. And provided a treatment plan to help with the problems. HIGHLY recommended. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Honestly, I can't wait for the allergy testing. : The experience was that fun and uplifting. Thank you to these two professionals and their staff with helping me!!!
Made an appointment and was told that the NP would be seeing me. I asked if could see the doctor instead because I had some specific questions I wanted to ask him. They changed my appointment to another day and then called me back and said that the doctor was not doing office visits but would be in the clinic if I needed to ask him any questions but would been seen by the NP. I agreed to the appointment because I wanted to be seen ASAP because I was experiencing flare ups of my Menieres. They then called back and said because I was a new patient there would need to be a half hour visit performed by only the doctor and that he needed a hearing test prior to the examination. This, of course, would push my appointment back another two weeks. I told them that I couldn't wait that long and that I would have to call them back and check my work schedule. I find it interesting that they had no problem scheduling me with the NP as a new patient but when I asked to see the MD they began to change their appointment protocols. It's amazing that they will charge you the same price to see an NP as a specialist and the doctor will not see you until he has a hearing test which, as a diagnostic test, has little bearing on treating vertigo or any other symptoms related to Menieres. I have had a hearing test before and tried to explain to them that I was treated for Menieres but they did not care. It's sad that this is what the medical system has become. They care more about money than people. I guess I will have to find another doctor.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! The front office staff is racist, rude & only cares about collecting money. I’ve never in my life been treated so poorly. Working with Dr. Walker was a waste of money & time. I will be seeking a refund for all the money I paid as I agreed to a program not individual Doctor visits that are only in place to charge fees. Did a fall in my garage did some damage to the face and broke the nose. Dr. Walker was excellent in all aspects. Answered my questions and was a very personable doctor. Thanks to all.
The front desk ladies were very professional and polite. They treated me as person and not just another chart. Both ladies given me answers to my questions. The RN who assisted Dr. Walker during my appointment was also very professional, answered all my questions, and treated me with great respect. She made me feel comfortable during the entire appointment. Dr. Walker did not sugar coat nor led me in a wrong direction for my condition. He was up front with my husband and I about the treatment option and definitely made me feel comfortable about his decision. Dr. Walker and his staff are amazing, and I highly recommend his office.
Great office and a great staff. Dr. Walker did fantastic job performing a minor surgery on my ear and I regained my hearing almost immediately after suffering for few months and Ms. Michelle PA did a wonderful job addressing all my concerns. Thanks. Mohammed Naser.
Having suffered from allergies to everything literally and getting antibiotics literally every 3 months like clockwork for sinus infections, I decided it was time to see what an ENT had to say vs an allergist. Dr. Walker came highly recommended and I wish I had seen him instead of my allergist to begin with I was getting 3 shots 3x/week! He is so laid back and easy to talk to and thoroughly explained everything! So, according to Dr. Walker, I have a severely deviated septum on my left side explains why neti pots never worked. He explained that God designed our noses with a divider type wall think old Sunday school rooms with that collapsible door in the middle. Basically that wall is so far over to the left that almost nothing can get through. I mentioned to him how Nana had a fungus ball in her sinuses and wondered how it was possible. He said God designed our sinuses like a room. You have an open door which creates ventilation. But if you close the door or close it most of the way ventilation becomes cut off and the air basically becomes stale, with any liquid pooling up with nowhere to go. And if you have an unventillated room with moisture build up, mold and fungus can grow. So it's entirely possible I could have that, but we won't know until I have a CT Scan. He also explained that my constant fatigue is caused by my immune system working overtime 24/7...which makes so much sense to me! So his office will call me in a few days to get scheduled for a CT Scan and another appointment to be re-tested for allergies. They have allergy drops you put under your tongue. He said these were a gift God set right in his lap because it's so much easier than going to the office for shots. I asked him about the difference in effectiveness in drops vs shots and he explained that your arm isn't allergic to the world, your sinuses are! So yes, shots work but drops work much quicker because there is a receptor under your tongue the directly affects your sinuses I think I explained that right so his patients eventually no longer needed treatment! So overall, he gave me extreme hope that I may once again go outside and lay in the grass and play with my children! With any luck I will be a zoo passholder again in a year or two!
Met with Dr. Walkers staff on two occasions to request a diagnosis and help with sudden hearing loss in my left ear. After spending significant money on office visits, audio testing and an MRI his staff has informed me that I have hearing loss and there is no known cause or treatment. Engaging with Dr. Walker's office turned out to be a very expensive and time consuming exercise that provided no patient benefit or treatment options.
Got referred to dr walker for my consistent ear troubles. He didn’t even spend more then 10 minutes with me before expressing his belief that my ears were not as bad as I was making them out to be and that at most I just had a case of swimmers ear and had terrible bedside manor and was acting like I was a child. was rude to me and my mother while trying to get this consistent problem fixed. Had me pay up front to get only ear drops I already was prescribed by my primary doctor then they sent samples out from my ear and come to find out it’s a major staff infection that has been going on for quite some time and now I’m having to pay for the samples they sent out without telling me I’d be charged for it at all. Do not go to this doctor they checked on my progress one time and that time was only to tell me that dr walker was wrong and that the ear drops should fixed the problem and I’m still dealing with this issue dr walker did not help me in the slightest but he sure wanted his money up front before seeing me. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time going to a doctor that’s not going to listen to you and possibly like in my case not help you at all and take your money.
Not a good experience at all. No transparency with staff, front counter had no expectations for a pleasant experience. Waiting both times for excessive amount, had to leave after 45 mins wait time for my own meeting. Now I’m waiting another week.. to finally see Paul.
