Fantastic place to go! Alyssa did a magnificent job on my hair and there was so much involved. I am beyond impressed with how well it turned out. The instructors are incredible help and I loved watching the way they assisted and taught during the process. I recommend everyone giving these new stylists their business!

Always had a great experience til today! My birthday weekend ruined by being told the stylist I requested refused to do my highlights although I was within the 15 minute “late” window! Maybe too much to deal with my wheelchair bound boyfriend who comes along? Tried to discuss a new policy for highlights that you have to be early with the service desk manager and was lectured and told with high decibels I could leave if I want! The worst part is the effect on my disabled boyfriend, not just that my birthday weekend was ruined. As long as you’re not bringing along a disabled family member, you should be fine…….

Unfortunately this is the worst color I have ever received. I requested a very natural blended balayage, a little lighter than my normal hair for summer. I made sure to make it clear that I do not keep up with my hair very well and I wanted it very natural so when it grows out it didn’t look like I had terrible roots. The student unfortunately decided to bleach my hair and absolutely scorch my natural color which took a very long time to grow out. She left me with very dark, uneven, blotchy roots which looked absurd because the bleach was so strong and very brassy. This was the worst experience I have had and I will not come back here. My first time I went to the school was amazing, but this experience ruined my entire thought of how they let the students do whatever they want with bleach. I do not recommend. I was sure to make an appointment at a professional salon and they had to fix the severe damage that was done, at a very costly price. I was happy to pay though knowing that I didn’t look like a clown anymore

I had such a wonderful experience getting my hair cut by one of the students!  Ashley, who is actually graduating soon, did a great job cleaning up my layers and making it look beautiful.  I highly recommend giving them a chance and the cost of a haircut is only like $20!

I rarely get my hair done at the salon so I went in very nervous. I was greeted by Jean & she was very thorough in making sure I got what I wanted & made sure to ask important questions to avoid any miscommunication. She was extremely nice & explained everything she was doing which made me a lot more comfortable. I love the way my hair turned out & I couldn’t have asked for a better result. Jean graduates very soon & I have no doubts she will do excellent in whatever salon she chooses & I’ll continue seeing her outside of Paul Mitchell. If you’re having second thoughts, don’t.

This was my first time trying a student hair salon and I had an amazing experience. Kira was very personable, took her time, and my hair came out amazingly soft and light. Highly recommend!

Keandra, "KeKe", did a wonderful job washing and diffusing my very curly hair at my 5:30pm appointment. It was a nice time as we talked. She did exactly what I asked and did not deviate. I will return to Paul Mitchell the School the next time I would like a salon experience. I even got to model for her pictures attached here. She styled my hair to look like a Jerry curl. The location is perfect for me, on my way home from work and it's where I shop.

Landyn Byrd and her learning leader Eli exceeded my expectations! Landyn made sure she communicated back everything that I wanted, and made sure that I was informed every step of the way. Eli made sure that Landyn was comfortable with every step and helped get me a beautiful color and cut that I love! Thank you both so much for the best experience. I will definitely be coming back to Landyn!

Took my 12 year old Autistic daughter to  get her hair cut. Needless to say it was a very pleasant experience.  Natalie.Cartwright. is nothing short of amazing. I was so nervous to see my child go from long to semi short hair but rest assure my daughter was treated with respect as well as her choice. I loved that she made recommendations I  really loved that the school as well as hair dresser made sure this was a choice she'd be happy with. All I can say is my chuld is so over joyed that she got her dream cut from Natalie. She was very attentive, kind,and lots of fun.we are so great full. My daughter walked out feeling like a million dollars. As for the school it was accomadating to all our needs. We were greeted  by some of the most welcoming staff .I highly recommend the school and especially I  recommend Natalie

Decided to get a layered trim and Julia Sutherland did a WONDERFUL job. I'm extremely happy with how my hair looks & she did very good layering! Hoping to see her again :
