Stopped here on vacation. Friendly service. Awesome cheese pizza. My husband and I shared the Greek salad, and it was huge and delicious. The cheese bread was great! Lots of options. If you are in Rapid City and you like pizza, check this place out! Vegetarian options: There were lots of options for vegetarians. They were happy to modify items.

100/5 Exceptional Service! This is what REAL customer service looks like! Ask for Jeff when ordering - he is a great help. Special request or forget to add something to your sandwich? Jeff is on it! The pizza are freaking amazing! I think this is the BEST pizza in 6 states! The crust and everything is prepared IN HOUSE/HOMEMADE! Want frozen go somewhere else! If an employee comes in to eat here on her day off - what does that tell you!?!? She just knows regardless of her not working, it’s fabulous! The bathrooms are clean and labeled “family restroom.” This makes me happy, no stereotypes! Brian, the owner - a true business man who has happy employees! Get here during the week - Monday through Friday because he gives his employees the weekends off! Happy employees perform and ensure they work to ensure your satisfaction!

Love this place and always have! Kinda a staple in Rapid City since I was a kid. The owner Brian takes real pride in his restaurant and how it operates. You can see him there often working with the staff ensuring the quality of food and service even though he seemingly doesn't need to which I respect. Always great food and service! It's a must stop if you are from out of town. If you live here you already know.

Smelled delicious before we even opened the door. Pizza was normal enough for the kids to love and had enough variety for the adults to enjoy. The salad had lots of toppings and didn't skimp on the chicken. Food came up quickly and was correct. This would easily be our go to pizza place if it wasn't 10 hours from home : Kid-friendliness: Not spicy sauce, not black crust, good amount of cheese

My review focuses on their three soups: "Potato w/ Bacon," "Wisconsin Cheddar," and "Chicken Tortilla." First & foremost, I congratulate the chef for holding back on salt: it's the flavors that do the heavy lifting here. The potato soup boasts ample portions of diced bacon with the "starchy" texture I prefer as in, not too much cream. The cheese soup offers a smooth, dense, straightforward taste and I will gladly use it as an upscale dipping sauce for their garlic knots. The chicken tortillas-on-the-side soup is NOT for the faint of tongue -- its switchblade zest hides in the shadows for three seconds before launching a culinary knife fight in your mouth. Absolutely worth it, right down to the last drop! Parking: Plenty of overflow parking in the adjacent supermarket's lot

Wow. Went based on its rating and thought it necessary to provide a review myself. Our whole party agreed this is some of the best pizza we've ever had. Very delicious. The only reason I dropped a star on service is because they have soup on the menu, but were completely out of all of them. Other than that, there were no problems. Great place to eat.

Went here so one of us could have a sub and the other could have what had been described in some reviews as the BEST gluten-free pizza. The foot-long Italian sub was a decent Italian sub but seemed a bit skimpy on the meats. Most places only have gluten-free pizzas in the small or “personal” size. This one only has gluten-free in the “medium” size. Our gluten-free pepperonis pizza was good for gluten free. But anyone who says it’s the best gluten-free pizza has never had it in NYC. We’re not from NYC, but have had better gluten-free pizza there.

Stopped on a cross-country road trip. Food came quickly and was excellent. Prices were very reasonable, much lower than I expected. Six of us ate for $65, and we left with 2 pizzas worth of left-overs. My kids were searching for them online immediately after eating, hoping there was a location in our own state.. unfortunately it's a single location. Well, well done Pauly!

YUM! If you love pizza, you will love Pauly's. We ordered the pepperoni and chicken carbonara pizzas with a side of cheesy bread sticks and everything was delicious. Service was fantastic with the guy in the front keeping an eye on things and anticipating needs to-go boxes. Very clean; staff were quick to wipe tables.Food: 5/5
