PAWN USA Oleander

I bought a firearm at this place which they ensured me was in working order for $800, when I took it to the range the next week it did not work at all so I took it back to get a refund and they were very rude and told me there’s nothing they can do for me. DO NOT give this horrible place your business they clearly don’t care one bit about customer service or there reputation or they would have made this right. I would make sure everyone i know never comes here again. You would be wise to do the same

I came into pawn USA to buy a shotgun this afternoon the African-American gentleman behind the counter was racially profiling me. When I gave him my License and it had where I live that on there he looked at me like I was crazy and asked me do I really stay at this residence. I told him yes and I also have two residences and he told me he couldn’t do nothing for me because I have two residences and I have spent a lot of money in this place doing business with them for over 15 years . Since this gentleman has started working there everything has started declining in there even the attitudes of the employees I would strongly recommend going somewhere else to to do business because all they are very racially and through a time of a crisis you would think that we would be all as One not racially divided still

Not very helpful. Brought two less than a year old $500+ Amps to trade in, Hardly used, and in excellent condition. I was offered a pathetic $250 for both with no wiggle room. This place is a straight robbery. Don’t waste your time here

Terrible. As soon as I walked in the guy was right at the door asking what I had and I said I was trying to sell my MacBook.. Told him the screen was cracked but it still worked. He immediately said "hell no it's spoiled and I don't want that" one of the rudest things I've ever encountered. Went to a local computer place and they offered me triple what I was willing to settle for They are awful!!!!

Excellent customer service, the best loans on items ANYWHERE in Wilmington. Good retail prices! I use them for all my pawn shop needs! 5-Star pawn shop!

I frequent here, have for many years. I like to look around because you never know what you might find. Sometimes you can make a deal sometimes you don't. I keep coming back though.

They seem like down to earth people and helped me soon as I enter suggested places to go on deals and etc.

Definitely should not be a pawn store!! If your things aren't new forget about it...

By far my favorite pawn shop in Wilmington hands down.
