I have had the best experiences with the Pawsh clinic in all aspects! The customer service has been excellent, even when I make a mistake and come on the wrong day for my older cat’s shot she was still able to get it. The doctor who did both of my cats exams was great, she listened to my concerns and is the person who told me about the Solensia for the older one. it has improved her movement so much! we will definitely continue to bring our cats here and I will continue to tell every pet parent I know to go to Pawsh!
My four dogs all go to Pawsh. They love the staff and the doctor's so do I. They take great care every visit. Recently I had to put my best buddy to sleep. This can be the worse thing you have to do. The ladies made me feel like he was their baby. So much compassion! Thank you for everything you do,
There are not enough words to express the gratitude I have for the veterinarians & staff at Pawsh. They gave such excellent care to my dog and showed us so much compassion at a difficult time. I felt as though we all went through my dogs passing as a family. I love Pawsh for the expert care, amazing staff, and their awesome communication. I can’t imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else.
Pawsh took great care of my dog. The staff at Pawsh was kind, compassionate and professional. I really appreciated having options presented for treatment instead of them pressuring me to treat surgically. I would highly recommend Pawsh to a friend and will continue to use them for all of my veterinary care.
We just moved here from the Midwest and we’re referred by a new friend. We were excited and pleased with our visit but have been completely disappointed since. My dog was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease during this visit at 10 years old. Since this diagnosis I have had terrible communication. The phone system is never on at opening. I have to wait no less than 20 min to speak with someone to be told I would get a call back and 5 days later still no word. Waited another 30 min on the phone to be forced to leave a voicemail that 24 hours later has yet to be returned. Oh but wait use their text messaging system that will take 4 hours to get a response saying sorry we missed your message for 4 hours and a vet will call you by the end of the day making me question if I just need to make an emergency visit elsewhere. All I want to do is check her levels and make sure we don’t need to adjust her medicine as she is still not herself. I just want my dog to not feel awful because of this new diagnosis. Just made an appointment with another office so hopefully she will now get the care she deserves.
They are very friendly, nice. And they treat your pet like their own. I got very good care. My dog under went surgery they kept calling all the time to make sure my was feeling ok, and how is he doing. I love this place. Thank you for taking very good treatment for my pets Susan Dunsavage
We adopted Caesar over a year ago. He was very skittish and doesn't trust strangers. Caesar must've felt safe because they had no issues with trimming his nails. I want to Thank the people at Pawsh Place for being gentle and caring with him.
