Payne Park

Nice park. The kids love the splash pad and the playground. The basketball courts are nice too.

A lot of broken glass especially under the gazibo and sone in the water park area. If coning in the summer and getti g wet be advised. Otherwise a nice location with a large jungle gym and 2 corner stores close by for quick snack stop.

Love this little park! I can't wait for the summer so my kids can jump in the sprinklers!

The water park feature is great on a hot summer day. Location isn't great and I wouldn't hang around there after dark but during the day it's a perfectly safe spot to bring the kids to cool off in the sprinklers

The park itself is awesome it's well built, alot of different things to do. The water pad Is a really nice design. The 2 star rating is for the unsafe area. Watched a pickup truck do donuts in front of the corner mart across the street at the intersection. This happened for about 10 minutes before he finally drove off. We could still hear the tires screeching around the neighborhood so he just continued driving around recklessly. Hopefully this person's truck broke down after coming back a second time to do the same thing, disgusting P.O.S.

Very nice park. The water park side is awesome in the summer, and it's located near 2 convenient stores.

Water pad park is small but great for the community. Not the best neighborhood, in life you get what you project. Very nice basketball court, brand new hoops, backboard & blacktop.

Unfortunately the water park wasn’t functioning on this warm day. Park looks nice and well maintained

What a beautiful Park recently looks redone not a ton of kids playing here so it was great for me and my three year old he had a wonderful time and I was very relaxed so nice open Park in the middle of a neighborhood probably lots of local kids I highly recommend it for safety comfortability and parking
