My experiences with PCC Clinic so far have not been bad. Each time I've had an appointment scheduled I waited maybe 10 minutes or so past the time scheduled, which is not bad. The front desk staff all were helpful each time I visited the office. Dr. Bonnie Smith has been very helpful, informative and suggestive to my medical needs.the one thing I would recommend is having a little more light in the place. The gloom environment just gives off a cold impression of the place. Other than that my experience so far has been satisfying and I hope that continues to be the case. Thanks, PCC
Never, good service. The Staff is very slow and remedial. They Never follow through with anything. The phone system never works, however when go in the office, they are not that busy. The receptionist 's are usually playing on there phone not attending to the patients on the waiting are.The hospital had closed down , I rhonk this office should be next.
I love the doctors and staff here. Always so nice and helpful. Sometimes just have to wait for appointments. It's OK when scheduling like a well-being check up, but sucks when kids are sick and there is no appointments available. But thank you for being our doctors. I know it's hard with Covid still looming around.
I don’t know why the ratings here are so low. This was my first visit. My wait to see the doctor was 5 mins >. My prenatal doctor Dr. Ali was very nice , informative, and educated. I can tell she actually knew what she was talking about. I absolutely LOVED the women who drew my blood. They were so funny & cool. I forgot I was getting blood drawn. That was even quick. Clean & quiet waiting room & back area. Might make here my main pcc clinic.
I really enjoy being a patient at this clinic. The staff is always friendly and very informative. I have a great relationship with the doctors there and i trust bringing my kids here. I just wish they were a little quicker when they have you in the patient room. Sometimes the wait can feel long, other times the doctor is ready for you.
Not sure why these doctors are so rude and cold. Like nobody knows how to show compassion. I don’t know how they get their license when they don’t know basic information or what short term memory loss is. we can’t go back to certain doctors because we “fire them” how rude and direspectful is that by Dr. Bonnie acting like you’re like you’re in high school grow up seriously. We’ve been a patient and grew up in Belmont Craigen in the community and never came across a situation like this. We asked a question about a doctor and told “oh but you fired them remember?” We cant get referrals to anything or a psychiatrist it’s like you have to beg them. Seeing this happen in my eyes is so scary because it could happen to anyone and you have a doctor that doesn’t even know how to diagnose short term memory loss. Another doctor that says medication doesn’t effect memory but we have a neurologist a specialist confirming that IT DOES. You can ask a pharmacist and they will tell you it does. Then they say memory loss not remembering a day is normal and havin gaps by Yesenia. Disappointed
Wait time is ridiculous! They can never answer their phones ! Doctors bedside manners are horrible French receptionist are rude and never can get a direct answer! Appointment wait times are usually three months out ! Worst place yet !!! All pcc salude clinic are the same horrible!!! They also misdiagnosed my baby so please ppl BEWARE !!!!
Horrible. I'm a very patient person, but I'm done. I have been going here for a while. The wait time to see the doctors are ridiculous, getting any sort of answer/feedback is ridiculous. I once waited over 2 hours to see the gyno. Like I said I'm very patient. Since, summer I've been waiting for a referral for my specialist. I even called my BCBS group 100 and they are as useless as this clinic. I'm switching out of the group into a new provider. Hopefully, this trash of a place gets better.
I love my doctor here but it’s impossible for me to even schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone. It’s ridiculous! I’ve been calling for the last 4-6 months with no answer.
Very disappointed with this place. I had some health issues come up recently. My doctor either made very careless errors on my referrals or just ignored me outright. She was not available when I called and did not return my calls or messages. The staff didn't take me seriously, just passing the buck from one person to another. I had to find my way to an administrator for the whole PCC organization just to get someone to help me - very stressful experience. They are either negligent or indifferent, either way I would recommend finding another provider.
