Poor customer service ! The lady in the front seat was very impolite! I visited the place with my mother! The reschedule an appointment almost a month ago for the next day! The only said the the changed the day , when we arrive the changed the Time also, but we didn’t receive any letter to know the appointment changes, and additional a lady in the front desk ! Very unfriendly and never said sorry about the mistake the they did ! I had a good expectation about see the doctor but with a customer service like this I don’t wanna visit again this place ! Poor organization
HORRIFIC customer service. I accidentally drove to the medical building next door, called the office from outside and they directed me to their building but told me not to bother because we were late. My 10-year old son and I sprinted into the building anyway, eight minutes late for our appointment and with no one waiting in the waiting room the receptionist - Lisa - told us we'd have to reschedule. She did not let the doctor know we had arrived. She would not entertain the notion of allowing us in for our appointment. Nine hours later she called back and said she was sorry because as it turns out, the doctor found out and felt that we should have been seen. No kidding. Absolutely not.
I was referred by pcp for foot pain & numbness. Doctor examined for three minutes and told me it was probably a nerve problem. No treatment plan given. He told me to get a bottle of a B1 supplement at counter upon checkout. They charged me $60 cash for a bottle I later found on amazon for $20. It didn't help. Finally went to a nerve specialist who told me to stop taking them, and has set up a treatment plan to get to the bottom of my problem. Maybe the podiatrist was not the right place to go in the first place, but selling me an overpriced bottle of supplements seemed unprofessional to me.
Great experience. Dr Piecott was very caring and took the time non rushed to explain everything. I was very satisfied. The front desk got me in right away as well with a cancellation.
I had been in pain for almost 12 months. Dr. Peicott X-rayed and examined my foot. He explained that I had a bunion and deep seated corn. He then performed a minor procedure that has allowed me to be pain free for the first time in awhile! Dr. Peicott was friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you again!
Amazing practice! Everyone there has been exceptional. Dr. Capozzi is an amazing surgeon and has repeatedly shown a true instinct for caring about his patients outcomes. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Capozzi and the rest of his office have been to me, I am very grateful for the care they've given to me, thank you very much!
I called a week ahead of time and made an appointment for Wednesday, December 20 at 10:00 am. When I appeared for my appointment I was rudely told that my appointment had been for the previous day! Since I had a prior doctor's appointment in Malden for the 19th, I knew the error was theirs -- not mine. They offered no apology, nor did they offer to re-schedule the appointment. I opted to find another podiatrist.
I have seen a few podiatrists in my lifetime. Peabody Podiatry I have had the pleasure of being under the care of Doctors Quinn Chabonneau, Matthew Capozzi and Justin Kaminski. They have given nothing but the utmost, 5 care. They ALWAYS go above & beyond to ensure the BEST care both phycically and emtionally. I am a long term survivor of Type 1 Diabetes. Superior foot care is a vital concern and I can proudly attest to the fact that my feet are fully intact laregely due to Peabody Podiatry's excellence. Denise and Megan at the desk are always cheerful and pleasant. I also can't rave enough about Jackie the assistant's amazing professionalism, kindness, resources and just all around wonderful disposition. My gratitude for this spectacular staff is endless. Thank you!
Plantar warts are difficult to treat and may endure for years. One visit with Dr. Peicott resolved my problem. Satisfied and grateful!
