only gave a one star bc i had to. I went to get my nails done and I was gonna get French tips. They ended up looking really bad so I was like just paint them the full color black and then I was like oh can I have the money back for the difference since I’m not getting the French tips they said no because I had change my mind but then I’ll look at my nails when they’re finished there’s polish everywhere and they’re lumpy. I don’t know how you can mess up so bad on nails.. this isn’t the first time i went and had the male that works there do them and have a problem and when i called to talk to the manager she screamed on the phone at me bc it was my mess up for changing my mind. mind you this isn’t the first time DONT GO HERE they aren’t even the same size nails on both hands
I love my nails. I've gotten a gel manicure 3 times now with Cindy and every time has been consistently excellent. She is a true expert and they are never lumpy or too thick. She is also amazing at shaping the nails and I've actually had people ask if my nails were gel x because the shaping was so good. Cindy is super professional, detail oriented, patient and perfectionist. Also, very beautiful great quality work. The staff are super duper friendly and make you feel welcomed. I'm an extremely picky person that does hard research prior to anything. This salon is definitely worth checking out. Definitely coming back again!
First time going to this salon. Very clean and chic atmosphere. Decided to last minute get my toes done before the 4th holiday and found Peace Nails here on google. I'm so glad I came in. They were so attentive, excellent customer service, and the hostess came and checked in on me frequently. Had a great experience here with Nancy and Amy. This would also be a really fun place to have nails done with a group. They offer a lot of great services and everyone was very friendly. They kept asking how my service was and I really appreciated their level of care. It's beautiful in there as they just remodeled. Chair was comfy and it's super clean. Nancy did my toes and she did such a great job. I've received the best customer service, which I don't think I have found anywhere else. I'll definitely be back!
I do not leave google reviews at all but felt compelled to leave one in support of Amy. She always does an excellent job with treating my feet and making them feel soft and healthy. She takes her time, listens to what you want and ensures you are satisfied. The quality end product of my nails and toes are always perfect. Best nail tech I've found in the Mechanicsburg and I will continue to go back to her specifically. So happy to have found her.
Just left there. Horrible manicure! I had some leftover dip on my nails which needed to be removed .. the lady first tried to pry the dip off with her cuticle pusher, it hurt .. I told her no, not to do it that way she then tried to cut off the dip with her cuticle clippers .. I said do not do that it hurts.. I asked her to soak it off and file it with her electric file.. she begrudgingly did it .. she talked on the phone the whole time and was very rough and rude.. I didn’t want polish since I was trying to give my nails a break .. she rushed through the filing and my cuticles .. it literally took her less than 15 minutes to do the whole thing . Worst manicure I’ve ever had!! Then they charged me an extra $10 for the dip removal .. I was so mad .. I expressed that they should have stated it was an extra fee.. she didn’t seem to care.. says I should have asked or looked at menu on the counter.. I should have known better to go there by the reviews they already received! I will never go back and I do not recommend anyone use this place unless you want sub standard work for your money! I would have given zero stars if I could!
I've been a faithful patron of this salon for quite some time. It's a clean, friendly and professional environment nestled in a cute neighborhood close to home. Not only is Amy is an amazing technician but is always so friendly and personable. She's been my nail tech for years and her work is impeccable. I highly recommend her and this salon. The staff was warm and friendly and the lady who did my nails was patient with me I wanted 5 different colors and she helped me carefully pick my colors out. She really takes her time and goes above and beyond and her attention to detail is excellent.
This is the first time I've ever been to this place and I will definitely be back. Brought my friend to get her nails done and they were super nice and did a great job. Best mani I've ever had. She was very very good and left my nails perfect. I got dip powder with tips. All the staff members are so nice and make sure you are pleased with their service. Today was my first day and I already booked my appointment for my next service. They are incredibly accommodating and the price was very good. Services were worth the cost for sure.
I have been going to this salon for about a year now, and I cannot recommend it enough. If you go, you need to ask for Amy. She is amazing. I have been going to her for years. She is so professional, sweet and kind. My nails look incredible every time. Amy is an amazing nail tech, and she takes great care of her clients and always executes a perfect design. I've done regular polish, gel, and dip, and pedicures with a number of nail techs and they always turn out fabulous, regardless of who I book with. The prices have also gotten extremely high since post-pandemic, but what hasn't. It's worth the quality to go here over somewhere else. This review is for Amy, one of the best nail techs I've ever had.
I've been here a few times and I always leave so happy. They were very friendly and very professional. I never have to ask twice for what I want and they are never pushy when it comes to what I ask for. I love that my nails always come out so clean and nice, and my toes are always done so well and I really appreciated that my tech took the time to hear my concerns and took his time with what I was asking for. Many places I've gone to at home just rush you through to get to the next client. Not at Peace Nails. Very friendly. I will definitely be back.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER! i got dip powder of my nails and it is the worst job ever. my nails are not smooth, they are too thick, and designs are not straight, the lady that did my nails was careless, rushing, and kept burning me with the file then yelled at me when i moved my hand cuz it hurt. and the amount of money i spent it was not worth it AT ALL. i will NEVER be getting my nails done here EVER again!!! over all WORST experience ever!Services: Pedicure
