The population density was 144.5 people per square mile (55.8/km²). There were 1,156 housing units at an average density of 68.3/sq mi (26.3/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 92.24% White, 0.29% African American, 2.21% Native American, 0.45% Asian, 0.20% Pacific Islander, 1.18% from other races, and 3.43% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.25% of the population.There were 787 households out of which 45.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.9% were married couples living together, 11.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.4% were non-families. 18.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
