Dr. Barden is an awesome doctor with the manners of a gentle-man . He listened to my description of both the accident and the symptoms. He was patient and asked open ended and probing questions. He understood that I could only describe and present much of what was provided to me from the prior physician. He thoroughly explained his findings and gave specific instructions for the next steps . I am looking forward to working with him to treat and heal my injury . He is definitely worth any efforts I expended in seeking a second opinion .
From the moment I walked through their front door I experienced a friendly,, happy environment. It is obvious that Dr Griffin’s patients will receive the best care. Dr Griffin and her entire team are very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Griffin made sure you understood everything and she is the best.
Such a great practice! They were able to get me in quickly after my injury and Dr Barden spent so much time with me going through everything and answering all of my questions. He was very easy to talk to and has great bedside manner! The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful, as well :
Dr Griffin is an excellent doctor. She explained all of the issues with my broken arm. She explained all of the steps of care her office was providing. I did not feel like she rushed through my appointment. I would highly recommend her as a doctor.
Dr. Finney was very polite and informative regarding my upcoming procedure. He took his time to explain in detail the pros and cons and for that I am grateful. I truly feel confident I made the right decision by choosing Peachtree Orthopedics.
Dr. Ben Barden was incredibly thorough in diagnosing and planning a treatment for my daughter’s injury. She is a competitive soccer player who wants to be back in the game ASAP and his knowledge of sports related injury and healing gave her and me! peace of mind. Highly recommend!
Dr Griffin was phenomenal! I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Wait time was about 20 minutes and there seemed to be some newer staff in training. Overall a positive experience and no complaints.
First, the doctors, PA and PT have been great! However, when my MRI was ordered I was given an estimate of $718 to pay out of pocket. I did pay that before the MRI was done, but later discovered that my insurance paid the full cost of the MRI. The MRI was done in October, my insurance paid it by December, it is now FEBRUARY and I have yet to receive a refund for the $718 I paid. I have been very patient and have called their billing department multiple times, but my voicemail messages are rarely returned and when they are, the information I am given makes no sense. This company's doctor's are great but their billing department does not seem to care about returning people's $$. I am frustrated and cannot seem to get a response from this company.
Peachtree Orthopedics provides great service from their front desk to their clinicians. An efficiently run office at their East Cobb location with friendly staff. Physicians actually spend time with you to assist you with your concerns. Emails on their Provider Portal are answered promptly. Check out this team of hardworking professionals.
Dr. Griffin and her team from the physician to the secretary were always outstanding in making sure I was always taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond their call of duty and I’m forever grateful. I would recommend this team to anyone with orthopedic needs. Once again thank you and continue to be GREAT !!!
