Had an 11am appointment scheduled after a prior appointment weeks before was canceled with an hour of the appointment time. Didn’t see the doctor today until after 12:15, with staff giving zero updates or communication. Once seen by the doctor, things moved faster, but the uncomfortable wait time made the experience unsatisfactory.
Easy to find. Visible from the street. Great customer service. Clean facility. Friendly staff.Good Doctors.
They are okay. Really slow like most doctors but extremely unacceptable none the less. My time is valuable too. There was a law suit in Wyoming forcing doctors to see you within 15 minutes of your appointment or they had to pay you for your time providing you were on time. I liked that idea none the less. I hate the wait. The newer lower extremities doctor I am not impressed with. Upper extremities Doctor is good. Time to look around.
After a bad break on my finger 2 separate people recommended Dr. Craig Weil. His office is very convenient and each time I was seen, there was very little wait. He definitely takes a conservative approach and is not “cut happy.” Instead his goal was to let the bone heal with a splint in time. He listened to my concerns and I am very glad I chose him.
They performed surgery for my torn meniscus. The surgery went well and I had a quick recovery. But 1 year after the surgery I received a bill for $300 for a "Surgical Assisting". They are not in my insurance network and the service is not covered so I'm stuck with paying this bill. The doctor should have checked with the insurance before adding another layer of services not covered by insurance.
My teenage daughter was seen recently by Dr. Steenlage for a sports injury while playing softball. The office staff is very nice and accommodating. Dr. Steenlage has a great bedside manner and clearly explained her injury to us. I trust him completely with her care. If you have a teenager, or you have your own injury that requires the care of a specialist, you will be in good hands at the Center for Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine.
Waited an hour without a word from anyone. If you have a day to burn this place is great, otherwise find another provider.
Dr. Weil is an expert at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. Most of his staff are kind as well. Very professional and clean office. I have been seeing Dr. Weil off and on for 20+ years for various injuries. I strongly recommend him.
I had rotator cuff surgery less than a week ago and am already very satisfied. Dr. Weil started treating me with a conservative approach prior to moving on to a surgical resolution. I had my other rotator cuff surgically repaired with another practice and am so glad I had this one done with Dr. Weil!
i had a C/T scan done a month ago, I'm still waiting for a review from the Dr. called several times, just blown off by a very rude receptionist. don't waste your time here. Not worth it.
