My Mom lives in this park and has for many years. There are some older units but for the most part newer. The park is very clean and in a great area.... not a lot of parking for guest though, only complaint.
I am a visitor to this trailer park, but frequent the site regularly. Well kept, it appears; and management participation into park issues is part of the ongoing activities that strive for fairness and tennant support. I can't speak to charges associated with trailer spaces, but do believe fees are reasonable, based on conversations with at least two current tennants.
It's a nice place to live. It's too bad the HOA pres. Is a jackass...
My brother lives here. Very clean park. Everyone takes care of everyone.
