If I could have given them a negative 5 star I would have. The application process is bs. The agent who called me not only was calling from a Google number, dogs were barking all during our call in her background, and she kept having to call me back because she didn't know the answer to none of my questions. Also she gave me false information saying I was denied for no credit score when the letter stated low credit score. She also had the audacity to get an attitude because I told her that all was false and the company lied about pulling a 3 credit scores when they only have AmRent pull Transunion. She even stated we sent the requirements to apply and no where does it say you have to have 6months or more open and active credit currently. I sent emails after requesting someone call and they never did.
I Did 3 different application fees it cost me 150.00 but was told I couldn't rent to own a trailer there because back in 2021 I was evicted from my apartment do too me being quarantined from covid and then losing my job and I'm that was husband and one of my family members didn't have a credit score so they couldn't do it and the only thing I got out of it was being taken for 150.00 I just fell like it's messed up because the eviction was due to covid
It could be a nice park. Some homes need a lot of work done in there. And they have too many speed bumps. Once they do something about those homes then it will be a nice park.
Office manager is very courteous and up to date, the park has been quiet for years with no drama or noise. The trailers need a good pressure washing but overall it's great being there. I just wish there was vacancy for us ONCE in 5 years lol
Went to visit a friend and twice in one month and police showed up at two different homes. And the maintenance man was sneaking into an empty trailer and making a racket, come to find out, was taking copper out of the home. I had to ask and that's what drug addicts do for money. Ok, this is not a suitable place for families. Don't say you weren't warned. I'm glad I didn't have my kids with me... I left immediately!
Pecan Ridge Park exceeded my highest expectations! Our hosts and the neighbors were extremely friendly, the bonfire was warm and inviting, marshmallows perfectly toasted And last but not least, the bunnies were adorable!!! That's right. I said bunnies!
Upon moving in the carpet was nasty and there was a water leak in the bedroom, not to mention the roaches. But after some work we have made it nice
Very clean and nice community. I use live here and its not just a trailer park but more like a subdivision with homes! Very nice enviorment
Lived here for a year nothing ever got fixed when I called the park manager to have it get fixed they came once told me it was bad and never showed back up then when they cleaned the place they only did a wipe down and the carpet needs to be replaced nicotine running down the walls would not recommend moving here
Nice location. Units are pretty decent. Few small cosmetic issues but minimum complaints.
