We had the best tour guide at Zip-N-Fun Julien-request him!! He was amazing and made this experience so much fun!!! He was patient with us and ensured Safety First. This was a great Family Experience!!! We chose to take all three courses and I am so glad we did! It takes about an hour for each course. Once you're up, you don't come down until the end. So, if you have children, be sure they use restroom prior to getting on the course. Also, tipping your guide is a nice gesture! It's not required but they are appreciative.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Our reservation began promptly. The guide was very nice. My daughter’s birthday adventure was great. When my niece didn’t feel well at the end they made sure to take her to harness cabin quickly , provide her with water, and made sure she was okay. My wife did the entire course 1,2,3 and she loved it! It was her first time zip lining and she was definitely nervous. She was so glad she did it though! It took about 3 hours on the actual course! The staff was great, we picked the last group of the day so only did the first part of the course. That being our fault, we didn't get to experience the better part of the ziplines. Only a 30 minute walk through on how to use the equipment followed by 2 decent lines and a few Monkey bridges. Go early and buy the package for all the courses if you want the 5 star experience.
Jeremiah, the manager, was an EXCELLENT guide. Very patient with us middle-aged folks and great with a little kid too. I would highly recommend coming in spring or fall. We came in late June and I probably sweat off 15 pounds! Tons of fun, either way.
What a great experience!! My first time zip lining and everyone was not only patient as I had a small panic attack at the first small zip line but courtesy and caring. Waited until I was ready and talked me through it. I would definitely come back. Thanks to Noah for saving me when I was a turtle on my back and needed help! All the staff were amazing!!
I recommend this to anyone who has a fear of heights! From the ground, it looked easy. From the top, it feels so different. One of my girls killed it first. Thankfully, she made it seem less intimidating. But I have to give credit to the amazing people who work there. They make Spider-Man look mediocre. I finally found the fun of a ~thrill.~ They also have a whole water park there too!
I took my son to this zip park and he loved it. Although it rained the guide continued to move foward. We were out getting wet and I think that made it more fun for the both of us. It's truly an adventure for a 6year old. And we will definitely be going back.
The exuberant and knowledgable staff made what may otherwise seem a daunting, perhaps impossible course, a fun experience for all involved. Our group consisting of myself, my 10 and 11 year old, and there cousin stayed aloft in the treetops for about a 2 hour challenging and fun course. I would recommend the experience to any up for the challenge. Shorter less demanding courses are available so no matter the price point or skill level there is a package for you.
I've been twice now, this past time my wife and I did the 3 hour course. There wasn't anyone else in our slotted time so it took us less than 2 hours. Our guide Jeremiah was great and we had a blast! Some of the obstacles were tough but the ziplines were amazing. We went in the morning since it was in August, so the temperature wasn't too bad. The picture is from the tallest Zipline overlooking the area, it crosses over the road.
