This place sucks and so do all of the delivery people involved in this community. Three times now they have been late or completely missed placed my mail and when you go to ask they seem like they just can’t be bothered to help. Or they start feeling personally attacked. Not to mention the employees always greets everyone with the most rude looks. These people make money to do a job and instead want to just sit on their bums and not do anything. But when it comes to other people’s livelihood they could care less. I genuinely hope that the people who work there fall on hard times and when they need a hand someone hands them a foot.
This post office used to be good once upon a time . Now it’s just one bad experience after another. Staff is unbelievably lazy. They know you can’t do much if they treat you with worse possible customer service. An important package wasn’t delivered. Tried calling numerous times no one cares to pick up the call. So I drove there after a doctor’s appointment . When I asked about the package they didn’t really seem to know or care. So I showed the tracking number. The cranky black lady asked me to read it because she didn’t have her eyeglasses . How do you come to work at the post office if you can’t read without eyeglasses and you don’t care to bring them. Because you can choose not to work. So I zoomed it for her and she reluctantly went to look for it and came back saying it’s not there. And they had no clue about it’s whereabouts. . I asked for the manager I was told he isn’t there. I left my name /number and really left with no expectation of getting the package. Two days later got a call from the manager at 3 PM asking me to come and get the package. He said he is leaving. Waited in line was told to go to the supervisor waited 25 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I am there. Then I asked if there’s anything else she turned back without even answering. No responsibility no work ethics, no capability to do their job, nasty attitude
I had an appointment for a passport at 1:45 pm.. Got there on time.. No one was in the office.. I asked if someone was there to help me and they told me to wait someone will call me.. I waited and waited .. Nothing.. I called same thing.. You have to wait... I waited 45 minutes and still nothing.. I swear they're all no help.. Bad customer service..
Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Postal Worker Coco and Lisa. I recently had an incredibly frustrating encounter with a postal worker named Coco that left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided. I encountered a series of unprofessional and rude behaviors that marred what should have been a straightforward passport application process. To begin with, Coco exhibited a complete lack of respect and consideration for the customers waiting in line. Despite being well aware of the queue, she took an unusually long break, leaving us waiting unnecessarily and wasting our valuable time. This kind of disregard for the customers' time and the lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable. Moreover, Coco demonstrated an astonishing level of incompetence by allowing people to cut in line ahead of both me and my minor child. This blatant disregard for fairness and basic order is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to those who patiently waited their turn. It created an environment of chaos and frustration that could have been easily avoided with proper enforcement of queue management. Furthermore, Coco's provision of incorrect timeframes for receiving the passport added unnecessary stress and financial burden. I was given misleading information that led me to pay extra for an urgent service that I ultimately did not require. This lack of accurate guidance resulted in an unnecessary expense and inconvenience for me, undermining my confidence in the postal service's ability to provide reliable information. Adding to the already exasperating experience, Coco's constant use of Bluetooth headphones and being on the phone throughout the process was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It demonstrated a complete disregard for the customers she was supposed to assist, as she prioritized personal conversations over her responsibilities. Such behavior is not only rude but also indicates a lack of commitment and professionalism in her role. In conclusion, my encounter with postal worker Coco was highly disappointing and frustrating. Her rudeness, extended breaks, allowing line-cutting, provision of incorrect information, and continuous use of Bluetooth headphones demonstrate a lack of professionalism, competence, and respect for customers. These behaviors not only caused inconvenience but also affected my trust in the postal service. It is disheartening to experience such poor service and unprofessional conduct, and I strongly hope that appropriate action is taken to rectify these issues and prevent future occurrences.
This location has really gone downhill. Brought my parents here to mail a package back to their home in another state. The form we needed wasn't available at the desk so we waited in line to get it. My dad works at the PO in another state so we knew exactly what we needed. One of the clerks was yelling at my mom and refused to wait on her after she filled out the form. The other clerk processed the shipment – but not particularly friendly. My parents left in disgust – my mom nearly in tears.
We have 9am appointment for my 2 months old baby for passport and they let us wait already 30 minutes and we are still waiting. They said the person is not here yet and no guarantee how long should we wait more. My baby is sick. Bad service.
What the heck is going on at this place? In December I sent out a note with a money order I bought there to my brother in San Diego who has been at the same address for 10 years. It finally showed up in my mailbox 18 days later with a yellow sticker "undeliverable as addressed." Hogwash. I had to battle them to get my money from the money order back after proving my brother lived there. Then I mailed another letter from that same USPS location on January 3rd put it in the slot to Redondo Beach. An address that has been there 60 + years. Just got it back on Jan 21st with same yellow "Undeliverable as addressed." What complete incompetence going on at this USPS office!!
If I could make zero point I will do it. Try to void this place as long as you can. Don’t let them ruin your day!!!
Ms. Lisa and Ms. Kassie we’re some of the most kind and beautiful ladies that helped us out to get passports. They were super patient and kind to help me thru the process ̈
The 5 stars are for Diane, who is always helpful. No matter what you look like. My only suggestion is to please do not allow families to hang in front of the door begging for money . Most of them are refugees already getting money and housing from the government, we should not be bothered by their children noises and their unhealthy habits. None of them wore masks during the pandemic .
