I online ordered from Store 223 in Hebron KY, the sub was well made but I ordered a medium size fry and the guy didn’t put hardly any fries in the cup. I noticed it after I got back to work. I’m not happy and I will look next time I order, shame on you Penn StationFood: 3/5
Service is great. The gentleman named Caleb was very speedy and made my order perfectly. There was a kid i believe his name was Luke. He kept pinching the other co workers and was being very rude.Food: 5/5
3x Wow! This location was simply amazing for my first visit. The service and staff were super fast, friendly and wonderful. Big, bright, and clean decor inside. The food was delicious as well. Loved my Pizza Sub. I was very impressed with this PS. Big thumbs up guys. Keep up the great work!!
Food Always good. Service was extremely slow. Employees just laughing, talking and walking with zero sense of urgency. I have to also question the cook's beard. Extremely large bushy beard uncovered. I just don't believe that over an entire shift not one single hair falls on people's food? ImpossibleFood: 5/5
Closed 15 minutes early!! Often slow as ish as well. Update-New manager is really nice and service has greatly improved.

Awful! Ordered a large. but got ingredients for small. Mostly all bread! Also, fries were mostly crumbs. I definitely don't recommend this location. Overrated and overpriced!
I have eaten here many times in the past with mediocre results, but my last two visits were great!! The crew was friendly, attentive, and prepared my order with the same care as if it were their own. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank You Vegetarian options: I got the vegetarian sandwich wrap and I was satisfied.
Guys were hard working but food was lousy at best. My first and last time eating Penn Station, should've just had Subway. I got a cold sandwich, husband got a hot one. Both sandwiches sucked. The bread didn't seem like it was baked all the way through and deli meat was extremely salty. The overly processed cheese was all over the place. Husband said that his sub was disgusting as well. They put both the hot and cold sandwich in the same bag, I personally wouldn't do that. And if I were to have complained, I probably would've been told well what do you want me to do about it. So I brought my comment/complaint to Google, that way anyone that can read knows.
Great staff, speedy, and willing to work with yah. I came in for my lunch break and I called and ordered ahead and everything was ready to go. When I had gotten there i realized I'd forgotten my mask so I called in and asked if there was a solution given my time frame and the manager was decent enough to let me come in but he said try to keep your mouth covered some how and I made it work, so i got my food and headed out after they told me too have a great day. Overall I was happy with the service and would definitely be glad to eat there again.
