Returns on purchases are time sensitive of 7 days within receipt, PW needs to be notified and the return approved.. If paid by Credit Card or Pay Pal a reduction on the invoice fees with be reflected in the return..
No Returns on Auction items, or custom pieces that have been approved by customer..Or over the 7 days of receiving the product.
If for any reason you need an item repaired or altered, this can be done at a small alteration fee.
